It was 1 elevator very small it looked like a service elevator creepy to me.

The service was exceptional the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always hot and coffee never stopped coming.

Sink and room smelled. The fourth floor smelled like spoiled milk. The battery was dead to get in our room and it took us half an hour to get checked in to get a different room. There was a barking dog all night and all morning a room or two over. Our towels smelled and our sink was moldy.

Location felt safe. Close to restaurants and stores.

The smell. The hotel smelled clean but not pleasant. Kinda like when you smell bleach. Although it isn't a strong smell if I stayed here more than 5 nights, it would get to me. I understand most 2, 3 star hotels can smell like this. The better ones do not.

I stayed in the King suite with around 650 sqft of space. It was super comfy. There was so much extra space I didn't need. There was a TV in the living room and bedroom. The couch wasn't bad. The bathroom was spacious and well. All this for a cheaper price I really enjoyed.

The price was marked up *A LOT* because of a local festival... I mean, more than twice the normal rate. That seemed excessive.

I wish breakfast was open a little longer than 9:30. Some of us need to sleep in a bit after performing at midnight!

When I checked in the clock and the phone were not working. They missed two wake up calls and there is no hand rail in the shower and no shower mat when you step out of the shower.

It will be the wonderful staff that will bring me back. They were so helpful after having a few problems with the room. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was very clean.

The room we were given was not up to par by any means. Especially for over $250 a night per room. Our room had a broken toilet handle so the toilet always was running water. Our room had roaches. The sink was cracked from one side to the other. The cabinet the fridge and microwave are in was falling apart and did not close.

We really liked the location.

The afternoon receptionist was rude, I asked her what time did the pool close and she said, " I don't know, I just got here"... So later I went swimming , and I had just barely gotten some food and was not eating, but I had placed my food that was sitting in my purse on the table... As I got into the hot tub... About 5 minutes later, to rudely Yell at me, that the pool was closed and there was no food allowed. It just was not becoming for somebody who represents a customer service agent...

Ome of the reasons i stayed there for for the indoor pool and jacuzzi for tje kids and they were closed my three nights supposibly closed by the city i think since it was a weekend they should have address the issue and reopen it for the custmomers

Another meat selection, added to the breakfast sausage would be nice...bacon, ham, turkey sausage, turkey bacon. We never saw a banana either. Include a reduced fat milk, not just whole milk.

No clean towels in the pool area. The bed sheets and carpets were stained. Roaches in the restroom. Room keys had to be swapped because the doors would opened.

Person at front desk during morning, manager African American rude, made you feel as of you we're bothering her. Customer care horrible by this lady. Given three rooms ad two were dirty. One had ant on bed

Nothing too serious. Did find a cockroach in the shower the morning we checked out but I took a shower the night before so I didn’t really care. The beds were a little worn out and starting to sink in but still very comfortable.

It was a good hotel. Friendly lady at the counter when we checked in.
