The lobby area smelled like mold it was almost unbearable. I reserved a king non smoking room when I got to the property to check in The attendant stated there weren't anymore non-smoking rooms and we had to settle with a smokers room which wasn't the greatest.

Like that they had a room available at short notice.

There was no breakfast. When asked, the desk clerk said, "There is a problem today." No apology was given. I felt like I had paid too much for the room. #314 had a very dirty bathroom floor. My feet became black. The front office had many boxes piled up. This did not look professional.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of TV stations. Refrigerator & microwave.

The appliances weren’t clean and small roaches were crawling around in the room. Also the lighting was not good and the furniture need to be updated.

The location is close to shopping and eating places, which was the only benefit.

I did not like the drainage in the shower in the bathroom. It clearly shows a plumbing issue with the pipes that needed rectifying I didn't like that despite reserving a non smoking room and was reminded at checkin that it was so, i arrived to a room with that smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. There were also cigarette burns in the toilet seat, the chair and the bed sheet. I would hope that the hotel manager would atleast have these replaced for the next customer, but it seems that it was acceptable to reuse. I did not like that the shower leaked from the wall along a hairline crack which made the floor wet when exiting the shower. I did not like that when I turn on the faucet at the bathroom sink it sprayed out the back and leaked on to the floor. This also needs repair. I did not like the fact that I paid a higher price for closer hotel to receive a lower than average room.

I liked the location of the hotel. And the fact that its so close to the gas station The process for checking in was very simple and the AC worked well. The fridge cooled the wine fairly quickly which was a plus because usually in my experience they're not very good.

I was unable to get the room type I reserved. I ended up in a smoking room which face more a headache and double beds which were too small to sleep in comfortably because my partner and I are tall.

The location was good. Close to the highway, food places and several stores.

Carpet was lumpy. Dirt in the grooves of the chair. Finger streaks on the fridge door. Stains on the bed sheets. Wasn't totally grossed out but wasn't impressed or really happy for the price Next time will spend the extra money for a different hotel

After being canceled at another hotel the day of our stay we found this one. Price was already high but we booked it anyway. Because we knew big events was happening in the area. But when we arrive to the hotel after the confirmation from booking we were told they didn't see our name for the reservation. After looking briefly he said oh you had a king smoking but I no longer have it it was sold because they overbooked. I literally booked this room an hour prior to arriving because the drive was an hour drive. Nowhere on the booking did it say it had less than so many rooms left so I figured they had a lot of rooms. He then proceed to say he has a double Queen but it would be 20 plus dollars more than what we was already paying. I felt like he should have gave us the double room for the same price as the king since he sold our room. He did the same as the other hotel, up the prices because they didn't know these events was going on until the last minute.

Cleanliness

After we payed, we asked for our money back, but it was too late, so we called Booking To register an official complaint. The chair in the room was worn through to the wood on the arms, and there was food stuck to the side of the chair. We didn’t know it was a motel. We didn’t feel safe because there was a vagrant man sitting right outside our room on the back of the gas station ( next door). He was drinking, swaying , and had all his clothes in bags around.
