Internet was very very weak and spotty. TV did not work half the time because of lack of connection, and WiFi was not working. This made things difficult given the poor service in the area. Something to note if you need to work remotely. The cabin could also be cleaner. There were many cobwebs and a lot of dust behind the furniture

When we got here there was a GIANT truck in front of our cottage, parked right up as close at it could get. We couldn’t come up the front step because there was no room. That was it. We really liked it here and would do it again.

We really like having a grill of our own to make dinner. We loved being so close to the beach. Once we got the trolley schedule and locations down, it was so easy to get back and forth to downtown. This is a cute place to stay.

Cleanliness, smell of pets even though i don’t have. Room annexed to the laundry mat open 24/7 Staff absent from the property No cleaning of rooms so i had to catch them to get toilet paper and towels.

Very close to the beach! About .9 miles from boardwalk at OBB. We liked being a little bit away from the noise. Beds were very comfortable. We also were about to bring our dogs. Dog are allowed on the beach before 9 and after 5. They loved it! We were happy to have them with us. We went with our 2 teens and were happy to have separate bedrooms. More privacy for the same cost of a hotel room. We also enjoyed having a kitchen. We mostly used to for drinks and lunch. However, there was a full stove and a grill outside. We had a great time.

The air-conditioner was very loud. We purchased a fan to move the air into the bedroom. It rained a bit when we were there, so we tried to watch the TV. It wasn't bright enough to really see well, and the volume/sound couldn't be heard above the air-conditioning.

Location, the beach was so close and beautiful! The cabin was cute. Just big enough, and had everything we needed. The grounds were well done. Each cottage had its own grill and picnic table, and porch with chairs. The space was very dog friendly.

Property was bare bones, which is fine if I had known upfront. 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dish clothes, no pot holders and 8 towels for 8 people for a week stay was not enough. 2 of the bedrooms are shotgun rooms and didn’t have a door, again something I wish I’d known about. One of the beds was in dire need of replacement, unless you like rolling down into your partner while you sleep.

The location was good, air conditioners worked great, common space was very functional. Fuse ball table was a plus for the kids.

Prepare that they are tiny. One of the cottages my husband couldn’t even stand in and we were not informed of this. Would have been an issue if he hadn’t rented multiple. Also our cottage had an open sign light shining into the bedroom window all night (they need a better curtain there).

Cute little beach cottages , close to beach and walking distance to pier. Pet friendly. Older cottages so prepare for that.

This is nothing that bothered us, as the hosts were upfront with us upon booking the room, but is something that other guests might want to take into consideration before booking. We rented what is referred to as the "holiday home." This is a small room above the office, which is accessed by a balcony. It was perfect for us, but may not be suitable for individuals around or taller than 6ft. While we were not there much during the day, we were nervous about making too much noise so that we did not disturb the office below. This space gives you more of a hotel feel, as you can hear the phone ring and/or people chatting below. Again, this did not bother us because most of our time spent in the room was outside of office hours. Guests who plan to spend more time in their room and would like a little more seclusion might feel better booking one of the properties other rental options.

The hosts/individuals in the office were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. They also respond quickly to telephone calls and emails. We were not able to arrive at the property during 'normal' check-in hours (3-5pm) and the hosts worked with us to make sure we were able to access our rental when we did arrive (around 11pm). The property was about a mile from the main part of town, which was convenient and we were easily able to walk where we wanted to go. The property was a short walk from the beach. The room was clean upon arrival and plenty of towels and other toiletries were provided. We brought our dog along and he was welcomed with no questions asked. The balcony was one of the best parts of the rental. We loved to sit outside in the early morning and evening. You can even see small slivers of the ocean!

The cottage was simple and compact. Everything you needed was available for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach, local convenience store and dogs were welcomed.

Really loved how easy it was to get to the beach and is close to everything we needed. The cottage was so tiny, yet had everything you could possibly need including the general store across the street if you forgot anything. Both were like a Mary Poppins bag.

The property was not clean and not as pictured furniture was very uncomfortable however the beds were comfortable. Had to have maintenance come and fix a bed that was falling apart. Broken grill so was unable to grill as the lid was rusted off! Definitely was not worth the money will not ever rebook for this place. Also doors to rooms did not shut and handles were hanging off.

Cabins outdated. Stove did not work. TV never worked always paused even when staff tried to help so no TV. Office closes early and opens late. Cabin #9 is connected to laundry would not recommend that cabin. If you get that cabin lock up when your out and about. People think it's the office because the office closes so early they walk into cabin 9 looking for help.

Beach access and fire pit was great. Staff was nice and it was peaceful and quiet at night. The store across the street sallies was perfect and a 1 min walk from cabin! They have great sandwiches and coffee!
