Location was wonderful for our quick getaway to the Ball game at Wrigley Field.

It's difficult to get into the apartment on the first try because everything is digital for the 3 doors and the process is not optimal with the tool they use (error messages and bugs sometime). The first two rooms with double beds are very comfortable, but the last one with the two single beds is not so good. You have to give a 300$ deposit and the transaction fees are paid by us. We had to pay about $60 in Canadian dollars with Paypal for sending and returning the money.

Very large apartment. Air conditioning works very well. Very clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive and quick to reply.

The floor is noisy! If you have a baby, there are great chances to walk and awake the baby.

eKeys to doors made troubles sometimes - it happened that "Gateway timeout" error was reported and we had to spend 2-3 minutes repeating the unlock requests until doors opened.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and spacious. Very convenient location - bus stop is nearby or 15 minutes on foot to the blue line train, neighborhood is quiet and nice. Host was quick to respond, everything was as described, exceeded our expectations

Parking can be tough.....but you should expect that because you're in Chicago.

Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day and the means of unlocking all the doors sometimes felt like a hassle.

It was clean, stylish, and spacious. There were courteous items like snacks and toiletries that were convenient for use.

Late night parking is very difficult to find. Will have to pay to park. I thought there was possibly free parking when I went, but there is none.

The A/C / heating, it was cold all the time, even though the heating was on. One more thing i did not like is the eKey, you have to stay connected to enter the property…

I loved the design, the location, the communication with the host was very easy and kind. Very spacious and well equipped. Totally recommend.

I did not like the parking. No fault to the host its just too packed on the street to park close to the condo at times. Parking can be hit or miss.

Just good to know in advance: one of the beds is very firm and one of the bedrooms is actually a study room with a day bed and trundle. So the guests staying in the study effectively have two single mattresses instead of one queen like the other two rooms. Another thing to know that is not bad, but good to know beforehand: you need to make absolutely sure that you have a charged phone when you return to the unit as the mechanisms to get in are fully digital. My one complaint would be that the dryer seems to be having trouble heating up, as it took a long time to actually get clothing dry and I couldn’t feel any heat on the clothes despite using the high temp setting.

The host is very quickly responsive and gives clear instructions. Really wonderful ambiance and very clean unit. The host has provided plenty of towels and closet/cabinet/fridge space for your group upon arrival. They have stocked the unit with basic cooking utensils/pans and things like that. The beds are large, there are TVs for winding down, and the living room is super comfortable and welcoming. It’s easy to get to the unit by car.

The 3 door entry was a bit of a hassle. I understand the value, security, no physical key etc. The 2nd door lock often gave us trouble (maybe needs new batteries?) The code on the 3rd door was simply too long!

Quiet, clean, nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Price was great. Washer/ Dryer. Located in a nice residential neighborhood, walked to restaurants & grocery store, bus and/or train to the touristy stuff (Bus 81 is your best friend). I love living like a local when traveling!

The only minor issue was one of the rooms wasn’t cooling very well so it was warmer than the rest (room with daybed).

AC Unit. As soon as we entered, it felt like a sauna. It would have been nice for the owner or property agent to come an hour before our arrival to turn the AC on for us. Secondly, the unit did not get cooler than 75 deg. The kids and myself were super uncomfortable during the night.

The location, necessary supplies, and overall quality were excellent. Interior design that is both rich and attractive. The apartment had been remodeled.

The floor wasn’t so pleasant. it’s very loud and I pop squeaky anywhere you walk. might have not been very pleasant for the people underneath us. but I would definitely say

The location of Blue Golden in the very charming and quiet Albany Park neighborhood was perfect! My host was quick to respond to questions which I appreciated. The apartment was well-stocked with basic necessities and immaculately clean.

It's a ways off any Metra lines or other transport. But in a really lovely neighborhood.

Fantastic place. Large, bright, roomy, comfortable. All appliances working, no issues with heat or hot water. Young adult slept on the futon, which they said was comfortable.
