We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere was a heavy smell of mold in the room. Toilet ventilation fan should be cleaned. There was a big yellow stain on the shower curtain. A ring of shower curtain was broken. Bedsheets were fine but the room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the ceiling and walls.

United StatesThe furniture was filthy had to buy sheets and towels to cover before sitting on it. The floors were dirty, signs need to be posted to control temperature from the wall not the unit. The hallways floors and elevator had a odor, could be detailed clean a little more. Otherwise, l would definitely be back, the staff was pleasant, the location and price were great, there was not alot of foot traffic and no disruption on the floor during my stay, Enjoyed my first time at Mainstay, already recommended it to others!

United StatesRoom needs a deep clean. Kitchen utensils were dirty in drawer. Dirty drapes. Cold air leaks in from around heater. The chair is uncomfortable if you sit in it any length of time. TV is small and attached to dresser. Difficult to see tv laying on bed. Washers don't accept credit cards directly. You must download their ap. No coins at front desk for washers. At night desk clerk hides in back room. Doesn't come out when you call him, but comes out when phone rings? They can see us on camera, hear the phone ring. but won't come out when we're standing there asking for help at midnight?
Dishwasher and garbage disposal! Bright bathroom light. Haven't seen a roach entire 3 week stay. Love the ice maker!!!

United StatesThe building looked run down - the floor tiles had cracks in it. The hallway carpet had stains that haven't been cleaned. The elevator was also dirty looking.
My hotel room was clean. The location was close to my conference venue. The parking lot was well lit and I felt my car was secure and safe. The front desk staff was helpful.
