Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNo designated parking. The parking is shared between three hotels in the same perimeter.
Spacious room, King bed. ample amenities. TV with a lot of channels. Breakfast was great. Possibly best for a cheaper hotel.

United States of AmericaFinding the desk person is hit or miss. On two of our three stays we've waited for staff to show up. One of those the person didn't show at all so we left a note with what we bought from the little snack area and the cash.
Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice people. Free shuttle to the airport. Stayed here three times. Good neighborhood.

United States of AmericaThe TV kept "freezing up" so I couldn't turn it off during the night.
I needed a very last minute place to sleep as all the roads to my home had been closed due to high wind and snow. I was gladd to fine one.

United States of AmericaMy name was somehow not on the list for the AM shuttle even though I spoke with the front desk about scheduling the shuttle when I checked in, don’t know if this is a fluke or a common problem I would just say to double check they put you on the list. I was able to get on the shuttle regardless but the driver had to call to make sure I wasn’t going to take the spot of someone else at one of the partner hotels.
I will stay here again if I have a canceled flight during a layover at DIA. I’ve stayed a few places in that same situation and this was the best combination of price and cleanliness/comfortable bed/breakfast variety.

United States of AmericaShuttle service was poor- one of us booked a shuttle for the next day at 5 am only to arrive in the lobby and find out the shuttle was full of people who did not book it, ended up missing his flight because the lobby had to call a new shuttle which showed up half an hour later. They really should keep an updated list of passengers for the shuttle in order to avoid this happening again.
Breakfast was satisfactory, had the option of making your own waffles so that is always a plus, along with full coffee and tea bar, cereal, toast, milk, and juice options. Room was relatively spacious, though bare bones and carpets were a bit dirty but the beds were comfortable enough.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that could be improved is more seating at breakfast but not a big deal.
We flew in from Fl and needed a place to stay for 1 night to acclimate to the elevation. We are a family of 5 and the mainstay queen suite had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa that fit us perfectly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - waffle maker, scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, oatmeal, toppings for the waffles, juice bar, and hot cocoa. We even had hot cocoa the night before. We forgot to pack two toothbrushes and the hotel gave us 2 with toothpaste. When I looked at the map of the location, I noticed a national wildlife arsenal/refuge about 10 minutes away. We drove there on our way to the mountains the next day and had such a fun start to our day seeing bison, coyote, deer, and prairie dogs!

United States of AmericaThe only problem was the lack of sufficient tables for the breakfast area. There were only about 4 tables so people had to sit on the benches with their plates on their lap. There was enough space to add a few more tables.
The room was very clean and very spacious. it had a full kitchen with cooking plates, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

AustraliaLittle more information about catching the shuttle bus on the website. I was informed that you catch it on Level 5 (where you pick up luggage). Go outside Door 512 (or any close by really) to island 3 where the hotel shuttles pick up. Many hotel shuttles turn up (it's confusing!). Mainstay is a blue & white van and has MainStay on it. It runs 24/7 every half hour but I would still message them with your arrival time to make sure.
Only stayed one night but had a decent bed and good shower. Quite a reasonably sized room. Breakfast was pretty standard but included in price. Free shuttle was very handy as hotel was a little way outside the airport. Booking your return time at reception.,

One of reasons I chose this hotel was the full kitchen. There was dishwasher, stove and sink(Microwave, pots and pans). They also had full size fridge and it was very convenient to have it in a room since traveling with children. Very quiet at night. Free parking. Good BFT with waffle maker.
