It is a distance from the beach, would be nice if maybe there was a schuddle service to downtown Rehoboth. So you could go and enjoy the night life, and not have to drive back.

Enjoy the amenities, and also that it was adults only. You did not have children running around yelling and screaming. Very clean and secluded, was enjoyable to just sit around the pool, have a drink and meet other adults.

There was a fair bit of traffic off of the main highway (Route 1) at the 4 way stop that leads to the hotel. The only downside to our room (Sea Grass) was less space for storing clothes than we would have liked.

The property was in pristine condition and the convenience of the door code as opposed to a formal check in process was unmatched. The communal pool/hot tub & lounge area was amazing - well kept and the perfect hang out spot after a day on the beach. We also loved the outdoor showers for getting rid of all the sand and the spa services - the massage was excellent!

Check-in and out times are a little late/early (4pm check in, 10am check out) - but you can pay to have them extended.

The room (Palm Tree) was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. You can tell the owners are super thoughtful, so many lovely little touches, like ear plugs and books to read in the room, a ton of seating and shaded areas everywhere, even TV dinner trays - just really well thought out from a guest's perspective. The courtyard area with the pool, hot tub, and sauna is gorgeous.

Everything was nice. It was like a home setting. Only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't really move around too much after 10. They want you to respect the other guess. It's a place for relaxing. Not for partying if that's what people want to do.

The room was very clean. They had a pool and hot tub . Alot if places for you to lay back outside. They do have a little mini store for you too get snacks. It's a place for real relaxation. There is a time after 10pn they are asking you respect other guest by not making alot of noise.

Nothing bad if I was too make one suggestion it would just be to have a mirror outside the bathroom as well. But that’s just a suggestion the place was perfect.

Quiet and relaxing. Rooms were bright and spacious and very clean. Pool was perfect temp. Everything was kept up with. Honor system store was great on property. Hosts were quick with anything you needed and very nice. Have nothing to say negative the place is perfect for a quiet relaxing get away. Will definitely be going back many more times.

We loved how private and quiet the area was. It was very nice to be able to relax by the pool and hot tub or lay in the hammocks. The market was a great touch too for late night cravings.

The property was beautiful! The gardens were all in bloom...so pretty! The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The pool/courtyard area was very nice with lots of seating options around the pool and hot tub. The communication and ease of check-in/check-out were much appreciated!

Not all rooms have a sitting area outside the rooms with direct pool access. I assumed we would have had that by looking at the pictures. But, we did make use of the rocking chairs outside of our room.

Not your ordinary hotel. A truly peaceful and relaxing oasis. Only a few rooms, so not many people. Those we saw were friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. Dave is the ultimate innkeeper! Very friendly, sociable, interesting and attentive to every need. We had a messy mishap in our room and the housekeeper did an impeccable job cleaning the room back to its normal pristine condition.Mar Bella will now be our go-to hotel when visiting Rehoboth Beach!

Place was perfect for our couples vacation, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the hosts were friendly and had great communication. Super close to stores, restaurants and beaches but far from the hustle and bustle. Was very relaxing and peaceful. Planning on visiting again very soon.
