It was not advertised that the swimming pool had very restrictive operating hours, from 10:00-18:30. His is even worse for children and young people. Because they serve alcohol at the pool, people under 21 are only allowed in between 10:00 and 11:00 before the bar opens.

The location was great near the park, good shopping, and an excellent selection of restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant also delighted us with the quality of the food. The room was a little on the small side, but this is normal for New York unless you pay double the price. The beds were big enough for one adult and one child but could be a bit tight with two bigger adults.

Room was on small size and bit basic, but was only a quick overnight stay so was perfectly adequate.

Great pool area, spent last hours before flight there and restaurant and bar looked good, but didn't have chance to use.

There wasnt a fridge in my room. I had to request one. Then when the fridge came it smelled moldy. That single thing threw off my trip. The room itself looked okay. The facilities looked amazing. This is why I rate them overall a 8.. If the room looked better and there was a fridge in the room, then I would give them a 10.

    The pool was SENSATIONAL!!!

The swimming pool timing in the morning is horrible , they open at 10 in the morning, which means a person who wants to swim in the morning wastes the whole morning and that is the time they allow Others to use the pool and it gets full which means you can’t do lengths .

Location and water in the room . Staff was also friendly .

The coffee and breakfast situation. I asked the front desk where breakfast was, they tell me to go to the restaurant downstairs. I ask for coffee, they say its only in the lobby. So the only coffee available was the free coffee in the lobby, when the breakfast menu online says there are lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso-based coffee drinks. Also the coffee in the lobby tasted terrible and there wasn't half-and-half or oat milk. Just a really awful morning experience for somewhere we paid $450 to stay.

Overall it seemed a bit expensive for what you were getting. Rooms are nice but basic. Even though I had the dig in the door, my room wasn’t serviced during my stay.

Location was great. Easy to walk to stores, bars, restaurants. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it looked good from my room.

I really did miss a mini fridge. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice as well.

Good location. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable. The bathroom is big and modern. The highlight was the 21+ pool that was free for the hotel guest (make sure to reserve the beds). They provide free bottled water and provide coffee and tee downstairs. The adjacent restaurant (Meili) is amazing, you can also have small bites at the rooftop. The garage next to the hotel is very affordable.

It was about a 10 min walk from the subway station, in case you are using public transit and have luggage.

The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious for the NYC area. The neighborhood was a great place to walk around. The beds were comfortable.
