The common areas have been kept up; the rooms leave a lot to be desired (paint is peeling in the room/bathroom; the refrigerator was very noisy).

I came back because I enjoyed the 1st time. I was disappointed at how dirty the room was. Not enough breakfast.. The pool was dirty .. The staff was no help..

The balcony sliding door lock was broke. Had to have the keys rekeyed because they were working correctly. There was just to many homeless and there were people lingering in the back parking lot at all hours.

The pool was filthy , the restrooms and hot tub didn't work..gym equipment broke?? The carpet in the room is nasty. That place makes enough money to clean it up.

The rooms were unclean and the carpet was sticky. One of the rooms had blood stains in the carpet, specifically room 422. I informed the staff and was told they would contact me but no one did. We were worried about sleeping in that room and couldn't sleep there the first night. One of the toilet was not well cleaned, we had to flush it when we went in. The bedsheets did not seem washed. It took over 45 minutes to get our rooms assigned at the front desk and the staff seemed confused. The furnitures were so old like those of the 80's. My guests and I decided to not use any Ramada owned property again. It was overall, a experience that I would not like a repeat.

Hotel price was affordable and location was good.

It is in a seedy part of town and there were a bunch of scary people hanging around the facility. The breakfast was sparse and even though we got there at 07:30 they were out of sausage, biscuits were dry and hard, and the scrambled eggs were scorched on the bottom and dry on top. The lady checking the guest list for breakfast was a sourpuss too.

The staff for check in was friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Pool wasn't very clean and most of breakfast wasn't edible. Heat was turned up too high causing biscuits to be hard and eggs burnt and hashbrowns turned into mashed taters. There were no pancakes.

Breakfast food is poor quality. Hotel is generally tired. Our door know was loose and the door was hard to open. The elevator smelled musty.

Free breakfast. Location just off I40 is great. Applebees and gas station nearby. Staff is very friendly. Good and free wifi. The ice machines work ok.

I was led to believe the hotel was a newer building with modern, updated amenities. It was not. It is an older hotel with very few updates. Old, some rusty bath fixtures. The lanai sliding door was not locked and could only be locked with a bar that drops down but was not explained at the time of check-in. Also, some trash was remaining on the lanai from previous visitors. The entry door had a faulty lock, and we had to return to the front desk to get instructions to enter the room. Ad listed the room as supreme, 2 room, two bed. Nothing supreme about it and only one room with minimal accommodations.

Shower and water pressure are not good. Not enough plugs, to even charge phones . old place, everything was old and decrepit aside from rooms which were half way decent , breakfast was like prison food,

The furniture and bathroom need renovating. Chipped countertops and cracked tile floors in the bathroom. The mattress was fine but the cabinet and desk were chipped and dented.

The balcony and waking up to hot air balloons. The beds were comfortable and my children liked being able to take a bath instead of a shower.

Back door to the room was a glass slide door with a hook lock and the room was on ground level which made me a bit uncomfortable. Door had issues with the key card and only one key card worked. Slightly hard to locate the entrance.

Very comfortable rooms and easily found the room. Staff was very nice.
