We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis is a very basic hotel and the bed was so-so. The hotel was pretty expensive for what it is because it was spring break. Otherwise the cost would have been less than half of what we had to pay. The room had a bed and TV with a couple of drawers in the TV cabinet and a rod to hang clothes on--no closet, refrigerator, etc.
We had to book only a month in advance during spring break which limited our options. The best thing about this place was the free shuttle from the airport and it was the cheapest available option that was a private room--i.e. not a hostel. The room was clean and the shower decent. The location was convenient and the A/C/fan worked.

United StatesThe room smelled after cigarettes (long term exposure) . Needs thorough ozone cleaning. Room provided only basic furniture for overnight stay. No laundry drying possible on site, what would be very handy after a heavy rain. At least they had a hair dryer.
staff atthe reception desk was warm, welcoming and trying to meet our needs. Great bonus was the airport shuttle provided by the hotel that made our life easier since We took a red eye.

United StatesThe downside... This is definitely an older property that in some ways has seen its best days. I thought we had made a blunder when our taxi dropped us off... but everything was Ok and we had a good stay and felt safe. Families with children were staying there before their cruises. There are a few rough edges with the property such as the door lock that didn't work quite as it was supposed to, but was usable. Not everything was spotlessly clean, but clean enough and the bed was comfortable.
The location is very good being so close to the airport, and price was very reasonable for a Saturday night stay before our cruise. There are at least 3 good restaurants within a block or two. The seafood restaurant across the street was excellent, as was the Latin one with very reasonably priced Cuban style food just a couple blocks away. Both has nice atmosphere and vibe. We were able to book a Jacuzzi suite for a little more than a king room, and it was to say the least... interesting. The room was clean and very well done, but it has been a long time since we've seen a mirror on the ceiling! "Hotel California" crossed our minds, and we had a few good laughs. There was also a garage beneath the room to drive the Lambo into. It was actually a fun time. In a situation with similar needs, we would stay here again.

United StatesOnly ONE lightbulb in the room and that was the overhead/ceiling light. Missed the bedside lamp and I think very few electric outlets were available for phone. The room was also noisy--apparently a family with several kids staying nearby--perhaps on long term basis. The room was on second floor and their elevator didn't work and so carrying the luggage was not easy but they did help us bring down the luggage when we departed.
It was conveniently located near the Miami Airport. And felt safe inside and outside the hotel. The room was big enough and bed okay. Staff friendly. Their complementary airport shuttle wasn't available so they agreed to compensate for any Uber fare; our Uber ride was about $11 and they did compensate us. Nice of them. Nearby is a gas station with basic supplies like sunscreen etc in case you are going on a cruise; we bought some stuff from there. Also, there is a local-centric restaurant/bar (Catch of the Day) nearby which was lively with good food.
