There were a few things that were run down that easily could be fixed Like no caps on the toilet bases. Also the air conditioner was so loud it kept me up

Although I realize it’s in vogue now, I just can’t get over not having any drawers anywhere! There were none in the room. I don’t want to live out of a suitcase on the road. Unpacking and arranging clothing & toiletries has become a traveling art form for my wife and I and we want the opportunity to “put things away”. Ugly yellow wall pegs are a poor excuse for organization. In addition, that pathetic little sparse office desk & chair offer no redeeming real estate, but do surprisingly match the pegs. lol

Very clean inside and out with a neat appearance, all nestled amongst hotel row. A cold A/C, cold fridge and warm comfy bedding and you can’t go wrong! Soft pillows and plush towels galore. Greetings by an inviting staff was a welcoming first impression, too.

Everyone was very nice. The room was a good size and had a fridge and microwave. Close to freeway and many eateries.

My only complaint is that the cleaning solutions are way too perfumed for me. I suffer from serious chemical sensitivities. The cleaning staff was kind enough to let me borrow a fan to air out my room. It really means a lot to me that the staff genuinely cared about my comfort and had no qualms about doing their best to accommodate my special needs.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. Michele is a rockstar! She's the cookie queen with warm and tasty chocolate chip cookies served promptly at 6:00 PM every evening followed by nachos at 6:30. Tammy is the bomb too! She was so helpful when I needed to have a couple of emails printed out...and she has the 411 on all things local. The cleaning staff is on top of keeping the rooms clean. The property is well maintained.

There is mold in the grout of the tub. There was no way to keep just the small light in bathroom for night light. Unless we brought one from home. The hot breakfast...the eggs were watery (from frozen concentrate or something).

The handicap room was spacious great for wheelchair or walker. Plenty of handles in Bath. The staff was excellent. We had a problem with our TV remote and they replaced it and reset the TV for us. Housekeeping staff was great as well they cleaned the room and made the bed with precision.

We were awakened at 2:00 in the morning by someone trying to get into our room thinking it was their room. Clearly not the hotels fault but that was the only thing we didn't like.
