I had a problem when I went, because the host was not notified of my arrival and the property was undergoing modifications, causing the presence of a mouse. I notified the host but he couldn't do anything because it was undergoing modifications.

The ease of the host in solving the problem that arose with the application.

The shower faucet needed pliers to turn on/off. PLEASE REPAIR!

Entire caulking around bathtub was filled with black mold. One bathroom for 4 or 5 rooms so could hardly even get in there to pee, much less shower or brush teeth. Bedroom door squeaked. Area around the house seemed run down and was unsure about the safety of parking in that area.

Number on the door knobs of doors was clever and convenient. Bedroom room was spacious.

Staff. The co-host is much to be desired. She is confrontational, combative, and overbearing. Made the last 2 stays uncomfortable and I am not sure I will be staying again anytime soon.

Quick booking process and having stayed in the past I would say the familiarity makes it easier for me to stay.

The beds in the 6 bedroom rooms were very wobbly along with being stacked 3 high it was not an ideal combo creating a very nerve racking ladder climb. The kitchen was under stocked if you claim to have a kitchen there should at least be more that one set of utensils and cups. I had to buy my own spoon as they only provide plastic forks. The obnoxious beeping that comes from somewhere in the kitchen drove me around the bend.

The living room area and dining room were great.living room came with a tv that had acess to multiple entertainment services.There was a quite offset outdoor space.

The location is good. The property is not as well-kept as some of the other properties.

Room didn't look like in the pictures. Much smaller. Kitchen equipment incomplete and in bad shape. No hot water in the shower. AC very loud. A few things were broken/in bad shape. Pin code locks ran out of battery twice.

Bed is good, clean sheets and towel, AC was working fine, close to train station and shops, staff is helpful, welcome link with instructions is awesome.

Do not book here unless you want to being homeless. Rude, condescending (to put it mildly) host named Ki threatened to kick me out the moment I arrived. I paid for a 6 person room, and he put me in 12 person dorm. When I politely raised it to his attention, he said "All the rooms are the same" (lie #1) and "All the rooms are the same price (lie #2). Not true, obviously larger dorm rooms are cheaper about $10/night. Then he accused me of being "rude" and "disturbing other guests" just because I was trying to have a conversation with him (I never raised my voice once and apologized for disturbing anyone). He then forcibly walked me out, told me to "get out" and said he was going to cancel my reservation! I calmly asked if I could show him the booking. "No." He kept refusing even to let me talk (the kind of person who talks over you and doesn't let you speak). He then forced me outside, rudely walking away from me, as I repeatedly begged calmly to just please look at what I booked or discuss anything. "No, I'm not interested in anything you have to say" and "No, I don't want to see the booking." He finally relented, put me in a 6 person room, then made extra effort to act like a complete jerk every time he could, finding every opportunity he could to nitpick every little thing I did to make my stay as unpleasant as possible. I literally avoided him the entire time and barely spoke 5 words to him. At 10:38am, I was sitting in the common area, and he came up to me and said he "Check out is at 11am but you can leave now" and that he "reported me to Booking.com". I said, "You reported me for what, for asking for the room that I paid for?" In 25+ yrs hosteling, I've never had a more unpleasant experience. This guy made an extra effort to hold a personal vendetta against me from the moment I arrived.

There is nothing to like a about this dump, far from city, rude and threatening staff who runs it.

The place was pretty filthy. My mattress had bed bugs and I had to leave a day earlier to stay somewhere else as I kept getting bit. Saw a rat several times while staying. Shower has mold growing in it.

Location is very close to a train station that leads to the center of the city. One of the staff members, Ki, was incredibly kind.

The room was nice. I Only stayed one night the staff was ruled was about to fight me people stayed in the bathrooms for hours I didn't get my money back for just for the 2 nights i will never book this property again
