DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY! I booked two nights, but wasn't able to use the second night because the owner gave my room away. I'd already paid for it, but he double booked the room. I was left without accommodations for three people (two adults and one child) - finding out at 9:00 p.m. on the second night. The owner was rude and said he'd offer me $20 for my inconvenience. I've booked rooms all over the world and have NEVER had this happen. He lacks integrity - so dishonest and disrespectful. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING.

We didn’t see a place to put used towels or wash cloths, and the shower curtain in the back bathroom looked a little moldy.

The room was clean and air conditioned, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. I didn’t use the breakfast items, but there were dishes were clean and easy to find.

How dirty it was. Also we didn't like that there was other people renting this house out too. So there was 3 other families in this house. I thought that we were renting a home with 2 bed rooms for my family and Uncle and Aunt. When we got there it was 1 bedroom for 5 of us that we rented. So we had to all stay in the same room.

Leaving. It was disgusting. Filthy. Dirty dishes in the sink and stove. Fridge had someone else's cooked food in this. Freezer has spilled food in it. Microwave was never cleaned.

Some guests left the common bathroom uncleaned after use. You can expect such everywhere in case of common bathrooms. Our sleeping room (Rustic) was of small area but of two levels (that's okay) and the upper level had neither option for ventillation nor air-conditioning. The hot air got stuck there and made the night too hot, while the lower level was okay. There was a huge ventillator in the room but it only moderated the heat but could not solve it. The room is dark after sunset. There are spot lamps on the ceiling but only three of six work - further heating the upper level. Cold LED ceiling lamps completed with a small lamp for each bed would be more adequate. Microwave oven in the kitchen needs a major cleaning. Oh, some guests, again...

Cameron regularly appeared, managed cleanness, refilled the fridge and pantry cupboard, prepared the rooms for the following guests. The common rooms (kitchen, dining hall, 2 bathrooms) were spatious and well equipped. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Where there is too small space smart and clever ideas help to utilise it. Cameron provides the guests with plenty of food and grocery products for breakfast made by the guests themselves. There are four sleeping rooms of different size so you can choose that fits better to your needs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking machines (gas stove, microwave oven, toaster etc.), utensils, dishes and a big fridge, where the guests can put their food and beverages, too. Each sleeping room can be locked with a key. There is plenty of parking place. The wifi is problemfree. Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks can be visited from here, we did so. Much driving but economic accomodation.

NOT WORTH YOU MONEY. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK. Not only were we scammed by the property's owner, but also booking.com customer service did not do anything about it afterwards. We got clear instructions from the owner on our check-in. When we entered the room that was supposed to be ours, there was a naked man sleeping in our bed. It was extremely awkward to enter the room and wake him up, not knowing what was going on. The room was smelly, humid and stuffy. I contacted the owner and, long story short, we got this room and had to change the sheets ourselves before we could rest. We were informed by the owner that our towels would be waiting for us in the dryer since he had no time to take them out. Unfortunately, they were still wet, waiting in the dryer. They smelled of sweat. It happens when you leave wet stuff in the washer or dryer for too long. I don't even know if they were washed after the previous users. The property was dirty. The room was not that bad, but the bathroom really needs a clean-up. According to our reservation, there was breakfast included in the price. What we found on the designated fridge shelf was not breakfast for 3 people but rather a joke. There were 2 eggs that we didn't dare to use because I don't know how old they were. There was an opened milk with best-before date a month before our stay. All in all, the only thing we ventured to eat were yoghurts. There was also some cereal but again - no milk. There were some sugary blueberry buns, but there was a fly living in the package with the buns so we didn't eat them either. I don't want to know how old they were. I can't believe the owner calls this breakfast. It's unacceptable. The amenities in the kitchen were very dirty and greasy. We had to wash some plates and mugs before we actually used them to eat some food that we bought by ourselves for the next day.
