The Staff is always exceptional. They will address a problem right away. The beds are comfortable. The hotel needs a lot of updating especially the toilets need replacing because, most of the ones I used are too low like for a child. Most furniture needs replacing. The price is a great value and most of the time it is quiet. The location is great very close to the Island of Alameda and Downtown China town. I would like to thank the staff for all their hard work and kindness.

The heater didn’t work. Tv outlets such as HDMI’s and usb ports didn’t work. When turning on the light in the restroom the restroom fan would start up and a while later the light would turn on.

Stephanie is super helpful. Customer service these days is not what it used to be. It's refreshing to have someone not only do their job with a great attitude but to actually be "of service" to the customer. Stephanie should get a raise!

I want the pool to be a hot tub and not a unheated swimming pool. Needed more amenities like breakfast and coffee and a gym and make that pool a hot tub.

The beds are super cozy. The TV has Netflix app and YouTube app. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. It's a basic hotel room. View of harbor. You can bring your pets Parking is free.

There was a bit of noise all night from guests but not too bad.

Bed and linens were sub par!!!! A mattress on top of a wooden platform. ( no box springs) And two flat sheets w/a thin blanket between them do not make a duvet!

The room could've been cleaned better. Table was dirty and so was the toilet. It did smell a little like smoke but not too much, so maybe a little more air freshener should be used.

The room is a basic room to sleep. Nothing fancy . The location is good, not too far from airport and get to downtown or San Francisco quickly.

The room was fine everything was fine except that there was only half a roll of toilet paper.. and I'm a woman and I need more toilet paper than that... but I didn't need it that day because I left very early. I'm sure if I asked the gals would have given me some more... I just thought it'd be more convenient to leave an extra roll in the bathroom

If you don't know the US and this kind of places,you can feel a little bit scared by the neighborhood. But it was just a first time feeling as everybody was kind and respectful. Motel 6 are good places to stay for not that much money.

Area is a bit sketchy. A group of people were right outside our room talking loudly until about midnight, not great when we had a 6am flight. Would have been good if there was a phone in the room to ring reception or security as I’m not even sure if they were guests.

It was fine for a one night stay. Staff were friendly. Room was big and clean. Close to the Oakland airport which is what we wanted. Good burrito truck out the front!
