To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI liked this location because was close to the airport, close to the Harbor and close to Little Italy which is were they have lots of Restaurants, so it is within walking distance... the Airport is a short uber ride and not expensive... The room was big and was clean, they have good channels in T.V and the only thing that I highly recommend is If you want your room to get cleaned, YOU HAVE TO REQUEST THE ROOM CLEANING THE NIGHT BEFORE or they won't clean it during your stay.. There is NO SHAMPOO, or conditioner or anything more than a tiny soap in the bathroom.The planes pass right over the hotel, so it is very noisy during the day, but at night is nice and quiet and the mattress in this room was good, I slept very well. Staff was friendly.no coofee maker and no iron, no blowdryer, but they have a small fridge, so it helps to keep the drinks cold.

The practicability of its location is unbeatable. It is right next to the airport, you can literally walk there.
