Uninviting look. Plain. Bed squeaked too loudly. Not enough towels, toilet paper & no tissues.

Location puts you right in the middle of Somerset's Cruise In. Good TV with lots of movies.

Rooms were basic, not inviting. Minimum towels & wash clothes. Would have been nice to have a hand towel & 1 more to step on getting out of the tub. The bed had a terrible squeal. Everytime one of us got out of the bed it made a terrible squealing sound that woke the sleeping person. The room didn't have a tissue box & we had to ask for more towels & toilet paper.

Location was great. Their cable TV had many channels including movies.

Out dated, in un-repaired condition. Didn’t seem friendly, the door to the office was always locked and had to go talk through a little window. The wall in the bathroom had tiles missing and the divider on the floor was broke. We did see roaches but was unable to get pictures of that

Beds was not comfortable at all. Bathroom lighting was horrible. Wasn't happy with the ice machine. Was going to stay tonight but the attendant wanted to charge a double deposit. So glad I didn't waste my money on the second night.

The office manager was lazy and didn't do anything she didn't have to she called housekeeping for everything. This motel was supposed to have a pool and contental breakfast it didn't have either. The front office was locked up tighter, then Fort Knox We were charged an extra 100 on top of the 611 we already spent there, and it had to be in cash. we were not aware of a deposit till we got there. When I booked through bookings.com it was rated a four star motel after seeing the room I checked out their website and it was only a 2 star same with every other motel on the strip there cause we were going to leave . The table in between the beds was pulled off the wall. The pipe under the sink was leaking. There were holes in the door, and the skins on the door were pulling off itself. There were several roaches in the bathroom when my husband got up in the middle of the night. And the beds were hard as a rock. When I booked, I booked for 4 adults, 1 child traveling with dogs . Children 17 and under are supposed to be free, according to them . They charged us for our minor son and wanted it in cash. The place is ridiculous and disgusting and needs to be shut down.

It had doors to the outside so I could directly bring the dogs out. The housekeeping staff were super sweet and stayed out of the room. Well, we were gone when dogs were in the room by themselves also went and washed the linen on my son's bed when he spilled his coke even though they are only aloud to wash it once aweek.

Had to change my own trash no housekeeping services the towels and sheets are stained up the beds are horrible the toilet didn't flush the water barely worked and the STAFF IS RUDE

The staff is rude the place is a dump you have to take your own trash out and they don't give your deposit back when you leave it's way over priced for the services you received and absolutely not worth the waste of time and money to stay there

Water for shower got cold very quick. Booked a smoking room but they didn't provide ashtrays and told us just to use the plastic cups in the room as ashtrays. And the bed was so uncomfortable that I would have rather just slept in the car.
