Very expensive for the room size. No closet. Curtains weren't blackout. Bed was comfortable but there could have been more real pillows. My husband and I weren't a fan of the faux leather ones.

Great location. Staff was wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

The minimalist approach in the bedroom is a little to minimalist. Could use a chair and at least one table to put "stuff" on. The valet situation is a bit of a mess and got backed up a TON. The phone app approach was time consuming and prolonged the valet process greatly backing up several cars. Could be much simpler. Sometimes technology isn't all that kitzy and gets in the way of efficiency With that said the young men who were our valets were incredibly professional and engaging and had a sense of urgency.

Staff was incredible from the service desk to the bar attendants to our housekeepers and valets. The place has a great layout and atmosphere. The lounge and bar were definitely highlights layed out so well with a ton of room and an inviting atmosphere.

I took me a few minutes to find where to check in because of where I entered the hotel, but otherwise everything was great!

The staff was very friendly. Neat, trendy atmosphere. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was really nice. Room was clean. The room is very plain, so if you are looking for a microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker in the room, that was not included. However, there was complimentary coffee by the front desk and you received a drink chip you could use for a latte, or certain drinks at the bar. I only stayed 1 night as I attended a show so I was fine with this. Hotel has valet parking available. I parked in a parking garage behind the hotel for less than half the cost of valet.

The room was cleaned only every three days. There was an option to tell the front desk to clean and make up the room daily but you have to take the initiative to make that happen. Also, we would have liked two more pillows on the bed.

The location of the property was very good. We didn't need to be near the university or the capital so it worked out fine. We avoided the valet parking cost by parking on the street behind the hotel and that worked out very well. There's coffee shops, a very good pizza place and grocery store in walking distance. We stayed for a week and we were upgraded (the second night) to a very nice corner room that was plenty big and very quiet. The lobby area is also very nice and welcoming.

The rooms are very echoey, which isn't a big deal unless there is someone out in the hallways. The doors didn't do much to block the sound, and unfortunately we had some louder guests on our floor late at night.

Very fun place with great staff. Loved the free beverage tokens, candy jars, etc. Fun place! We thought it was great there was a stash closet with extra toiletries easily accessible

The room was really small. The decor was cute but definitely was a “fashion over function” type of stay. This was evident in the dysfunctional, narrow sink that spilled water over the edge and onto the floor with every use, there weren’t enough table/shelf spaces to set belongings down without them being on the floor. Parking was also quite expensive especially given how pricey the room was to begin with.

Location was great, walkable to downtown and right next to a concert venue and restaurants. The hotel was very clean as well.

There wasn't enough staff, eg, the person who checked you in was also the barmaid (long wait for a drink if someone was checking in). Also, housekeeping was poor - 6 night stay and our room was cleaned twice and that was after I spoke to reception. However, this would not put me off returning as a guest.

Was modern and quirky. Ashley was fabulous and looked after us

Wish the bathroom door was not a barn door, very little privacy because it doesn’t close all the way. Wish the AC went a bit lower, it was rather warm at night.

Had a lot of personality in the decor and felt really clean. Lobby downstairs was nice and the valet was really nice. The snack area was really convenient and well priced. Loved the separate rain head and the hand held in the shower!

But a few things badly need changing: (1) Breakfast. They offer fancy cooked meals, but where is the quick basic that you would find in other hotels? Cereal, fruit juice, croissants? I had to go out to a coffee shop to get a sensible breakfast, which is crazy. (2) The bathroom has a motion sensor for the light, and it seems impossible to turn this off. So when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night, you get blinded. This needs a manual on/off switch. (3) The aircon has a minimum temperature of 67 F. Coming from northern Europe, I still find this uncomfortably hot for sleeping. 60F would be better.

Good aspects: walls and ceilings are thick, so soundproofing is good and I was able to sleep without noise from other guests - which is so often a problem. To be honest, this is by far the main thing that I care about with a hotel, and any negative aspects are secondary in comparison.

The rooms were on the small side but perfect for just a place to rest your head. Wish there was an option for mini fridge in room, but overall a nice place.

Great location with the Sylvee on the same block where we were attending a show. It's a nice new facility! All the staff were friendly and you even got a "welcome drink" on check-in. They keep extra supplies that you may need (blankets, pillows, toothbrush, razors, etc) in a "stash closet" on each floor, which is a nice bonus. Price was great for what we needed, and valet parking was quick and professional!! I would stay again.

The room was barely larger than the bed with no other furniture or reasonable location to hang cloths. The receptionist warned us that the room might not be what we expected and that it was "minimalist." Which was an understatement. A false fire alarm woke us early in the morning, and the staff gave us a refund. This hotel is not suitable for travelers above college age.

Staff was good, the hip lobby.

The bathroom didn’t lock. The room echoed a bit and it was about $100 more than I’d pay for a similar hotel.

Very close to the music venue we went to. It was very clean.
