It was a younger crowd and the halls were loud; 430am and college kids being rowdy was not ideal.

Great gym, comfortable bed, nice restaurants and awesome continental breakfast in the morning. Loved the rooftop Pilates, 2nd floor pool with DJ and poolside service. Really great stay.

Room size is too small. There js no space to keep any luggage.. The thing I strongly dislike is the breakfast. I chose room with breakfast, however breakfast is only coffee, muffins, fruit and oat bars. No hot food.

Super slick tile in the pool areas and bedrooms. They didn't come to service our room until the evening before we were leaving. The rooms were really small and didn't have room for our belongings. Some of the outlets didn't work.

I did not like the bar area, and the fact that we had to go to the bar and get ice. I did not like that I had ants, bed bugs in the room the first night. The rooms are very small. The pool is dirty mirky water? The service is poor. The breakfast is muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, water, simple. For a Marriott hotel thought was better.

I like how nice the hotel looked, Art Deco on Washington The pool was the best attraction, and Mexican restaurant and rack in the room. Overall Hotel is beautiful. Terrance was very nice at the reception.

One small issue with a housekeeper who refused to clean our room. We stayed for 4 nights & asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd night. We just wanted fresh sheets and pillow cases. The housekeepers acted like they couldn't speak English but also straight up said No! After two phone calls to the front desk, we finally got what we needed.

This hotel was very clean, affordable, and great location. Our stay was great. The beach was about a 5-10min walk depending on how slow you walk lol. It wasn't far at all. I would definitely stay again.

Don’t accept Apple Pay (we use digital cards) and the one person refused to help, lucky for us, manager Mariano helped us out by filling a simple form but the other lady refused to help. The rooms are really small, there is no closet or space for your travel bags.. no windows that open in the room

. Although it was probably one of the best roof top views and pools There were very seldom towels in the bins. The roof top table service never worked so had to go downstairs to get drinks during the day. The room was Lea. Except the mirror in the actual room. The thermostat could not be turned down lower than 68 so was not very cool. Condensation dripping from bathroom exhaust fan was concerning. In the middle of the night while up for a bathroom break water dripped from vent on my head.

shower was broken, staff couldn't answer one single question (transportation, restaurant/cafe/bar recommendations, where to go for sunset, etc.), room was on the smaller side with no place to store a suitcase, A/C difficult to regulate so that it wasn't too cold in the room, breakfast should have been included for the price of the room

Average staff, not very helpful and pretty obvious with just wanting to see you gone. Surprising hidden charges on the bill, for amenities nobody asked for or intended to use whatsoever.

Don't like that you need to walk down an alley to get to the front door. Front desk staff not very friendly. Rooms are really way too small, well appointed but just too small. The pool was bone chilling cold despite a beautiful sunny week in the low 80s.

Enjoyed the "Love Island" type vibes at the pool and the rooftop. The service at the pool was great, but the rooftop bar not so much. The location as far as walking distance to things was good. I liked the two beach chairs that were included and the free bike rentals. Beds are very comfortable. The price for what you get is very reasonable. Free coffee in the lobby was helpful since everything is so expensive in Miami! The cookie place next door is really good!!
