Need new quality towels, linen, and pillows. The smell of the lake is horrible. The deck outside need some repair.

Small cute little cabin right next to the lake. Convenient to stores and restaurant. Next door tenant Ron was super friendly. He gave us great restaurant recomendation.

Sometimes there's a strong bad smell coming out from the water and other times it's great and refreshing and no bad smell. There was no cutting board and there was no garbage liners so it was tricky also no can opener.

Great bed! Slept like a baby under the AC. Plenty of pillows lovely bed I really felt at home. Also I make good use of the kitchen. I made dinner almost every night and coffee every morning. Also there were a couple people who are also staying there they were very sweet and we had good evenings out on the porch. There were plenty of towels also more than I could even use.

They advertise a lake view. You mostly get this sitting outside. The apartments are older and can use a bit of updating. Definitely need a larger trash can in the kitchen. The deck outside needs some repairs, a good power wash and some paint.

The man staying on the property was incredibly friendly and helpful. He knew everything about Clearlake. we would sit outside with him in the evening and chat. The bed wasn’t bad. After hiking, the bed was nice.

Due to unseasonable cool weather, it would have been nice to have the wall heater that worked. Even the maintenance man tried to get it going but couldn't. The couch was pretty worn out as far as support. Could have used a little brighter lighting in living room.

Thw condition of the first room was filthy. It had bugs, bad. I think they were cockroaches. Then after he switched us room, they tried to upcharge us for the move. The second room was an upgrade but that was at the owners discretion, then when he realized he did that, he tried to charge us for it.

I like the second apt better. We had to be moved due to the condition of the first room.

Fix/replace the deck. Replace carpet. Provide bar soap and more than one roll of toilet paper…. This facility could be so charming with a little paint and new blinds on the windows.

-The check-in doesn't work automatically and there's no one on site. So booking this apartment spontaneously is not the best idea, since you have to wait for the lock code. -Not clean -Bad smell at times -We booked for 3 people. There's one bed and a sleeping couch. The sleeping couch can't be called a sleeping couch in my opinion and there was no blanket or pillow for it either.

the tub was clogged and all they did was put draino down but it was plugged worse the next morning. Window sills covered in dead flies and spider webs.the bbq was covered in spider webs and the deck and chairs in need of repair. Had to sign a waiver to go fish off the boat dock or walk on it. Was offered a free nights stay but wouldn't go back..

I was not sent the code to get in and there was nobody there when I arrived. I had to go rentva different motel when I got there.. it was horrible! I'm still trying to get a refund for the money I paid to stay at thus property. :(

Very disappointing. The grounds were a mess and buildings were not up kept The carpet in the bedroom was filthy. There is a old broken down car at the entrance, should be moved. This could be a very cute place.
