The man who checked us in was just delightful, he paid extra attention to our little dog and made us feel right at home. Not much for breakfast options but we were okay, there was a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance for dinner and McDonalds close by for breakfast on the road.

Had either dogs or little kids in the room above us that got back to their room after 11pm each night and then ran around the room for about an hour before quieting down.

Our ice machine did not work which wasn't an issue to our trip but just the only so called “issue” we had the whole visit.

It was easy to check in and check out compared to other hotels, it felt nice and quiet and almost like we were the only ones there!(this is a pro in our book) even though there were pets in other rooms, we hardly had to deal with noise or any other scent's. Even the parking was simple and always easy to find a spot.

This was our first stay at this property. We also stayed at the end of October on our return trip from California. We loved the room amenities! Refrigerator, full coffee maker, micro, stovetop on counter, the Bathroom decor was as nice as most 4 star hotels. We will definitely stay again

Did not offer King Size beds when we stayed but the Queens very comfy

Ice maker only in room. Takes hours to get any ice.

Hot tub was great after hiking. The front desk check-in person was very helpful and gave us good visitor info.

My fiance and I stayed at MyPlace for a week for an event called Trail Hero at Sand Hollow. We had two dogs, a truck, trailer, and a Jeep. Behind the hotel is great parking for a trailer that was super easy to get in and out of. The room was very clean and comfortable, AC worked great. Our room had a small kitchenette with a full-size fridge, perfect for making breakfast and small dinners. The room did have carpet which worried me with the dogs but it ended up being fine, they placed us right near an exit which was very convenient when taking the dogs out. They also provided stations with poo bags outside and I frequently saw staff checking to make sure the grounds were clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, had a great housekeeper who cleaned mid-stay. This hotel does have a pool and spa! They aren't very big but great after a long day in the dunes.

There was a kitchen in our room with a big fridge. The bathroom was also good, and the room was big.

A little bit weird that there was a well equipped kitchen, but there weren’t glasses, plates, cutlery and dishes. The walls are so thin that we heard what the neighbors watched on the television.

This was the best equipped room where we stayed in the US. Clean, comfortable, modern. There was a full equipped kitchen with a very big fridge what do ice, so we didn’t need to buy, a microwave (oven), sink and hob. My personal favorite was the armchair. The staff was friendly.

Rooms are not cleaned every day ☹️. Somewhat limited parking space.

Ample room and comfortable beds. Hotel is very close to restaurants and gas stations. Room had a full size fridge and a 2 “burner” induction stove top. Very nice if you’re planning a bit of a longer stay!
