No Ice. No bath or sink stoppers, makes it difficult to have a bath or a wet shave. Lamp not working, told receptionist, said she would see to it, but had to go back to get lamp at 6.00pm

Rented room expected to have the porch available since it was included in the room. Found out there was tons of chairs and I was told it would be taken care of and it was there the whole time I was there. Alittle disappointed that's for sure.

Maybe room service could be every day, we had clean towels nearly everyday but maybe a quick sweep and quick mop of the floor would have been perfect.

Good location close to a coffee shop, activities and the fun park and obviously close to wells beach and ogunsquit, clean location with helpful staff and good facilities.

That when my wife went to take a shower ,the shower head was left on, from after the last cleaning of the room and when my wife went to put the water on the shower wet her hearing aids that she was planning on taking off after she had the water set .

Had problem with my car and they came and tried to help.

Paper thin walls. No hot water on the second day. Bed was acceptable but not particularly comfortable. Pillows were very thin. No breakfast.

Grounds were kept up very well. Rooms were clean. Good tv channel selection. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Spotless clean pool. Grill, fire pit, shuffleboard, and basketball on site. Good location. Staff was friendly.

we stayed 3 nights and only got room service once the whole stay, the first night we got back while they were cleaning and were told they would do it after but they didn’t. we ran out of toilet paper cause we only got one roll and had to go ask for more. when we did get room service we only received 2 towels when we were 4 people and when we asked for more we got questioned as to why we needed more towels, and we were asked to give over any dirty towels we had left before getting more.

the pool was nice and the location was great, right next to everything we needed.

Room could have been cleaner. Funny smell in the room. Was difficult for me to operate ac to regulate temperature in the room. Although water pressure in the room was great, drain was backed up. Again the owner was very nice but this motel definitely needs attention in the maintenance department

There will several things with the room it smelled like it smells like mold and water damage I don't know if they had a leaky roof but it smelled gross. I definitely wouldn't stay there again just because you pay a low cost doesn't mean it's going to be a good place I don't recommend staying there.

Coffee machine didn't work, as the carafe didn't fit the machine, so the coffee wouldn't flow into the carafe from the filter. The microwave didn't work at all. Would start up, then shut off immediately. We had room number 5.

As soon as we got in our room, we checked things out including the heater.... which did not work. We did not have heat in the room. The lady at the front desk called the manager for help to get it fixed but nothing was done. We went out to dinner and she called us while we were at the restaurant and asked it anything had been done. We said no. That was it! No body called or came to the room to attempt to fix the heater. We were extremely cold in the room. (she did give us an extra comforter and was very nice and polite) The next morning, we called the manager because the office was not open at 8 like they said it would be. He said what do you need? we told him and he said "I will be there in 10 minutes".... well he was not... thirty minutes goes by and he shows up. He did give us a credit for the room$80 only and stated that he could not refund the taxes???? why not???

As soon as we walked in the room we were hit with a very strong aroma of the cleaning chemical smell. It was so strong we had to leave the door open for a while and turn the air on just to try to get it aired out. the bed is very much worn in and lumpy. you only get two pillows for a queen bed and they were very thin.

The location is great. It’s close to everything. It has a nice outside pool and parking is right outside your door. The staff is friendly.

The couch was hard and the bed was small and uncomfortable.
