The location, of course, is the best, but the services and the accomodations could be better.

There's minimal breakfast included. It's a bowl of fruit, tray of bread with a community tub of cream cheese, and some individual box cereals. No beach towels provided. AC wouldn't go below 73 degrees. No bathroom vent fan.

Room Location was great, check-in office is located a block away so check that address ahead of time to go to the right place (I didn't, my fault). Super beach-front and anything you want for food or entertainment is within a short walk.

We paid for parking and couldn't find one. We waited 4 hours in a line to check in and lost the whole evening. The workers at the front desk have a lot of patient but rude.

The office was several blocks away, and we had to walk back-and-forth with our suitcases in order to make reservations. There was a kitchenette in the room which included a stove, a refrigerator and a coffee pot, however, there was not a single plate spoon or cup to be had. What were we supposed to heat food up in? or pour coffee into? If there was coffee or filters and there wasn’t. There was a pretty nice breakfast included, but again you had to walk a few blocks and find the place.

The room and property is not as clean and renovated as is shown in the pictures when selecting the type of room during booking. My room had a portable A/C machine connected to the kitchen window, it seemed to be the only room that had this installed due to the central A/C unit no longer functioning. We were not able to use the stove because it was blocked by the machine which was also quite loud, moving the machine was not possible either. The room was cooled in temp. which was great however it would have been nice to be told before hand or offered a small discount. The WiFi that was included was easy to connect to however it did not work too great and there was constant buffering when trying to watch a movie or use social media on the phone and we had to resort to our cellular connection and hotspot instead. The first set of sheets on the bed had a weird red looking stain that was very visible about the size of a standard post it note, the sheets were changed the next day thankfully and fresh towels were brought to us as well. The shades in the room do not have the hanging stick that allows you to open and close them which is interesting considering it’s an ocean front view and simply moving the curtains does not allow you to see the view without the shades being able to be opened.

I liked that the room was on the first floor and that it was ocean front view like i had booked.

Poor Mantenaince. Smell bad, A lot of humidity in the Apt. It looks like never clean the air condition. I never received the apt that I reserved due to Mantenaince. They resolve it giving me another one. Staff were nice at the reception.

The area is beautiful and perfect. Great beach and restaurants.

Check-in was very bad. It took over an hour and my room wasn't ready til 5pm. I am in hotels weekly ( for over 20 years) due to my job and the staff here are not into customer service.....at all. Customers are a nuisance. I left 2 personal beach blankets and a pair of flip flops outside my door (after it rained on the beach) and they disappeared within a couple hours. No big deal, maybe the maids took them on accident, but the office would never get back to me. So who knows. On our last full day, we had no water for showering. I inquired about it and was told 45-60 minutes, but it took 2 hours. These are NOT deal breakers for me. I understand things happen, but no apologies were given, no simple compensations were offered, nothing. Would I rebook? Maybe, because now I know what to expect and NOT expect.

Location was AMAZING. Mattress comfortable. Free good coffee. The Air conditioner was excellent. Safe area. I had the 2 bedroom.

The breakfast. Did not like “ Orange drink” , prefer actual orange juice. Noisy sometimes w music from cars on the street but can’t really be helped w location.

There were roaches. During our stay, we noticed the roaches, which made it a little uncomfortable to leave our food, or luggage exposed for them to get in to it.

Noise until 4 AM!! Too Many loud people in several rooms. Blasting Spanish Music all night long. We could not sleep.

AC stuck on HIGH and the remote for the AC was not working / was missing the battery. I went to the front desk and Security came to check the remote but was not able to do anything because the maintenance crew was already gone for the night. The room was freezing. We had to unplug the AC unit to get the room to warm up. No cups in the kitchen for coffee maker.

Nitpicky stuff. They give you a coffee pot, but no cups, sugar, coffee, etc. The section of the lines on the window around the window air unit are missing so there are gaps of light and possibilities for people to look at. You can’t pull the drapes, but then you’ll be covering up the AC unit. The door, from the elements swells, and you have to slam it pretty hard to get it to shut.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and plentiful. Location is wonderful.
