The guest room was not clean; could use a deep cleaning to include the carpet and drapery. Baseboard heating needs to be repaired.

The staff was very welcoming and cordial. The office area was pretty clean.

Rooms were decent but not for the price that was paid. Was told we could go to the pool, pool was completely green. Beds were small, good enough for one person. Double door that connects to next room.

Great location, everything close by and only 10 minutes to Legoland.

Not very clean, smelled like moth balls, AC unit didn't keep room cool enough, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. " Continental" breakfast was less than stellar, food was cold. Coffee from a dispenser was not good at all. Asked for washcloths for the room ( one night stay 3 people). They didn't have any. Front desk clerk from 6;45 am till 8:30 am had to be woken up to ask questions .

The pool needs to be thoroughly cleaned out there's greenery in it ,they need to supply towels daily, I asked several times and noone gave them to us we were there for 4 days, the TV didn't work for 2 days our room had no cable and it kept going out ,they didn't refill the breakfast when things ran out so if you didn't get there as soon as it opens everything was gone

That there was no support in the bathroom tub and both my husband and I almost fell. I informed the desk clerk and he appeared to not fully understand what I was saying.

The room is dark, and it has a stuffy smell. The carpet is dirty. The staff from check in told my husband the the room is not in good shape, the tv doesn’t work neither since there was only 1 room left, they were going to switch us to another room in the next morning. Next morning, there was a different guy he knew nothing about it, but he said there were no rooms ready yet, come back after check in time so they can get a room clean up and ready. Again, by the time we are back, there is no room saved for us. We were stuck in the same room.

The property has old furniture. There was dirty laundry and bags of trash in the hall outside our room. There weren’t any bedspreads, just a blanket and sheet, which had stains on. The TV didn’t work. When we checked in at 4.30, that day’s breakfast offerings were still on the counter, which was concerning for the next morning’s breakfast. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

Furniture and cleanliness in the rooms were lacking a bunch! There was white residue all over the sink and shower head (might have been cleaning products but not rinsed off) The side tables- were so trashed I wouldn't even pick them out from someone's trash. Pool was not being used there was a swarm of mosquitoes circling the pool and it needed a vacuum. Also went to use the lotion provided in the room after I shaved my legs and the lotion was used already. First night the upstairs neighbors were so loud until 3am and I could not sleep- Had a room all the way in the back of the hotel- and room was non smoking and it smelled of ciggs. Lastly the door locked fine but had a huge gap where the light could shine through.

The complimentary breakfast was good. Also check in was easy and quick- when I got locked out the next day the front desk was kind enough to help me get back in,- Nice landscape view from the room- (quiet outside)

The staff at the desk in the morning couldn’t be bothered to help guests. There were no plates. The garbage was over flowing. There was little to no breakfast and we went fairly early. The room was kind of gross. The bed was uncot The blankets were dingy. The door didn’t close all the way to create a full seal, but enough so someone couldn’t open it at least . We had mosquitoes and a spider in the room. The people above us slammed the doors until 12 am then we’re loud at 7am stomping around and being super loud. It woke my son up then he was super cranky. I know it’s not the fault of the hotel, but just a part of our experience. We stayed at a days inn a few weeks ago and it was okay, so we decided to try again.

The staff was not friendly at all. They didn’t greet me when I got there, didn’t say anything about checking out etc. The coffee machine wasn’t working the last morning. After the staff looked at it, he went back behind the counting, but didn’t say if it was fixed or what the problem was (it was not fixed). My room was in the back of the motel where you saw the garbage that couldn’t fit in the dumpster. It felt very sketchy. The room door looked like someone kicked it in. One outlet looked liked it had blown up. There were weird stains on the ceiling, I don’t want to know what it was. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The “hot” breakfast seemed like it had been there for more than a day and floor had sticky sounds as we walked to get breakfast.

when i checked in, they gave me a room in back motel, it was dark and i didn't feel comfortable. Was wondering why since there were plenty of rooms up front. I went and asked, and the woman moved to another room just as someone was leaving it saying they wouldn't stay in that room because its dirty. It was rough for sure but i was tired and had to get up early so i took it. Check it before hand with this place

hotel rooms are too old and badly needed to be renovated. Bathroom door is making loud noise while closing and opening. even main door also not working smoothly.

location is close to LegoLand,Goshen and maintenance is okay. Breakfast is good.Pool is okay and Staff is nice.
