We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe bathroom was a lot smaller than I anticipated. Especially the shower. You almost have to close the door to get in.
I needed to check-in early in order to make it to a wedding reception for 1pm. Unfortunately, the room I reserved wasn't quite ready but the staff at the front desk were able to put me in a similar room for an additional fee. If you have status with Marriott Bonvoy you shouldn't have any issues.

United StatesI didn’t care for relying on members of the valet team to retrieve my vehicle and park it when I moved around back-and-forth from the property. Parking should be free for guest staying on site. also, I did not care for my bed. It was hard as a rock with no cushion separating the springs and only one elevator was working.
I did enjoy the restaurant downstairs everyone I encountered there was friendly.

United StatesEverything is severely outdated and stained and gross. The bed was super uncomfortable. The furniture is all outdated and stained as is the carpet in the hallways. The bathrooms are from the early 90’s.
The only good thing was the staff and the lobby areas. They were both wonderful.

United StatesWe booked our room with a water front view. Unfortunately, the room we were given, 1205, DID NOT HAVE A VIEW!! The only view we had was the airducts for the indoor EMPTY POOL! There was a horrible storm and honestly, we were worried those airducts were going to break and come through our window!! Pretty SCARY AND LOUD!!!! Did not sleep well due to the noise!! We also booked this hotel due to the Restaurant menu and we're VERY DISAPPOINTED that the menu was not the one they have posted!!! It was pretty much cut in half and not what we were expecting! Also, our beds were supposed to be Queen beds and they were full!!! Really hard to sleep with 2 people in the bed!
It was in A great location and VERY clean!! The Valet was a great perk as well as complimentary breakfast.
