Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The place needs to updated The breakfast food was not good we went elsewhere afterwards The have us a room key for a room that was occupied The name changed to regency but still showing clarion So had issues with directions to get to hotel

Run down. Old carpet, furnishings, curtains, tv, broken counter in bathroom, drab hallways, stairways. No receipt at checkout.

The night clerk was very unfriendly and not helpful, didnt advise me that she was going to put $100.00 hold on my credit card for incidentals. This is a ridiculous charge!! It upset me very much when i saw it on my account. Place is expensive and outdated. i would not recommend this place

We had to change rooms due inaccessibility The toilet was not suited for a wheelchair individual as it was too low. Significantly there were no safety bars near the toilet; that is a clear danger. Therefore we left after the first night

The room I was in smell really strong like cigarette they had no deodorizer to help with the smell. They asked to change me, but I decided to stay cause it was for one night.
It's combinian, close to stores restaurants and hiway, also breakfast service.

I didn't like my room phone didn't work. I had to use my own phone to ask for room service. I needed to have someone fix my tv. The pool was good but lacked towels. The entrance and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and had to walk far to fill up the ice bucket. Also, the room didn't have a fridge, which would have been more convenient.
I liked that the room was very clean and neat. The ac was working all day and night. The bathroom was very big and comfortable. The bed was great. The breakfast tasted great.

The hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. The whole place was outdated and dingy. And it wasn't DIRTY necessarily, but it definitely wasn't the cleanest.
The room was large and lobby was nice. You got what you paid for I guess.

I really did not like having a coupon to come and have breakfast, especially when the breakfast options were so limited.
The only good option was the waffles. There was not any other hot options for breakfast. I do not eat cereal.

Bathroom shower and toilet were not clean. There was actually a ring of mold in the toilet because it had been so long since it had been cleaned. The pool and the pool area was not clean. There were so many bugs all over. Dead and live bugs in the pool and all around the pool area. Pool not heated

We had a 3day/night stay. Sheets never changed. Refuse never picked up stacked up to overflow. I had to ask for more toilet paper. My daughter mistakenly left 2 bags out on the sidewalk. I have been calling the clarion many times to get them to send it to us, can't go back, we live almost a 100 miles away. They keep telling me someone will call, big fat fiction. No one calls.
Easy layout, breakfast was pretty good. Free newspapers, pool. Eoom was quite nice.

The building and grounds are very worn. The staff didn’t respond to a request I made several days earlier. There wasn’t enough tables and chairs to sit for breakfast. And surprisingly the room was clean, but everything in it was worn. Curtains torn bathroom fixtures damaged.
The room was clean. I was only there for one night. Bed was comfortable. Tv service was good.

Pool looked like it needed to be cleaned it was very cloudy, broken glass cut my daughter's foot by the pool, outdated a little but the room was nice. the bathroom tub was a little rusty. My biggest problem was breakfast the food selection was good but the worker who does breakfast grossed me out. the cereal that was dropped on the counter from everyone getting cereal, he gathered up with his bare hands and put it back in the cereal container.
