We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI didn't like my room phone didn't work. I had to use my own phone to ask for room service. I needed to have someone fix my tv. The pool was good but lacked towels. The entrance and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and had to walk far to fill up the ice bucket. Also, the room didn't have a fridge, which would have been more convenient.
I liked that the room was very clean and neat. The ac was working all day and night. The bathroom was very big and comfortable. The bed was great. The breakfast tasted great.

United StatesWe had a 3day/night stay. Sheets never changed. Refuse never picked up stacked up to overflow. I had to ask for more toilet paper. My daughter mistakenly left 2 bags out on the sidewalk. I have been calling the clarion many times to get them to send it to us, can't go back, we live almost a 100 miles away. They keep telling me someone will call, big fat fiction. No one calls.
Easy layout, breakfast was pretty good. Free newspapers, pool. Eoom was quite nice.

United StatesThe building and grounds are very worn. The staff didn’t respond to a request I made several days earlier. There wasn’t enough tables and chairs to sit for breakfast. And surprisingly the room was clean, but everything in it was worn. Curtains torn bathroom fixtures damaged.

United StatesPool looked like it needed to be cleaned it was very cloudy, broken glass cut my daughter's foot by the pool, outdated a little but the room was nice. the bathroom tub was a little rusty. My biggest problem was breakfast the food selection was good but the worker who does breakfast grossed me out. the cereal that was dropped on the counter from everyone getting cereal, he gathered up with his bare hands and put it back in the cereal container.
