The furniture in the room was worn out and needs to be replaced. The carpet was stained and had an oder, pillows were Flat.
Looked nice on the outside and comfortable. Rooms were nice size.

Bed is too small , 3 pillows not enough for 2 people Carpet is very dirty, has stains and looks like need to be washed long time ago There is no service period. If you want shampoo bring your own. Same goes with the garbage bags The hotel has bar but its not operational they dont have license. .
Kitchen and pet friendly Its $25 plus taxes per night to have a dog with you

Some of the outside doors were not accessible due to broken glass. The hallways and carpets could use a good cleaning.

Your complimentary "breakfast" isn't breakfast. A granola bar and chocolate mini muffin or bag of oatmeal is not breakfast. People need protein for breakfast, not sugary garage. When we first started coming, you guys served eggs and breakfast meats. Also I'm not sure how well my room or shower was cleaned because there was hair on the shower walls.
My husband and I have stayed here for years and usually love it. I love how you have your own kitchen, even though now you have to ask the front desk for everything such as plates and dish soap.

We were placed in a room on the first floor across from reception, lounge, etc. a little noise and not very private coming and going.

Its an extended stay faciility in an oilfield area so furniture showed a bit of wear and tear. Believe me I've seen much worse in Williston.
Nice sized suite. Very comfy bed, Looked like a very nice exercise room which I normally use after a long day on the road but arrived later into Minot due to storms so didnt have a chance to try it out.

The Grab and Go Breakfast.... The Muffins were dry. My room Temperature was a bit cool. the thermostat was not working properly. Overall, it was a good Stay. I was staying in town because of the Freezing Rain, and I live 1 hour away from Minot ND.
The Front Desk Gal was very nice, she was helpful. She explained everything. She was Curtis's to the guests waiting for room amenities.

All I can think of is maybe add a ice machine.
We didn't do breakfast, as it was a grab and go. The selection was good but we're not fans of that stuff. The outdoor grill area was great and the parking choices as well.

My stay was very short. Friendly service at check out. Check in staff was friendly although the newer person was difficult to follow as he was training and very hard to understand as he was mumbling. But otherwise my stay was good.

I would have liked a few more kitchen items in the room. There WAS a sign giving examples of items that the front desk had, and I did not ask for anything, so this is a minor nitpick and I know it was my choice to not ask for it. Since I was only staying one night, it felt like it would be a waste to ask for it just for one night, but if items had been there, I would definitely have used them.
The room was really quiet, with great sound insulation. The room had a lot of space and was comfortable for an overnight stay. It was very nice and clean too!

The hallways and stairways were filthy, there were dirt chunks all the way up to the 3rd floor. Everything else was wonderful!
The rooms are big and have a lot of great features like full-sized fridges. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms also have multiple closets to store stuff out of the way!

Kitchens used to be stocked with glasses etc under the previous owner, no longer . Carpets a bit stained , no one at the front desk when we arrived .
