We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed was uncomfortable for us. We're used to a bit of a firmer mattress, and the one we slept on was a bit on the squishier side. It's not their fault, and we were still able to sleep fairly well anyway.
The place was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. They were a little newer to the area themselves, but were still able to direct us to the most delicious dinner we've ever had (May Kelly's down the street). They were so polite and kind and they really made our stay special. Breakfast was absolutely delicious both days we were there. It was simple, but perfect. We would definitely stay again!

The inn was very cozy. We liked the atmosphere and how the inn was set up. Our room was comfortable and the very short commute to Cranmore Mountain was wonderful. The included breakfast was good and served quickly by the friendly staff.

i booked for two rooms and stayed in one room. would have liked to know what to expect. bathroom was small, shower water not hot, and pocket door stuck.
breakfast was incredible. staff were accommodating and friendly and helpful. beds were comfortable and the view was nice (when the weather cleared). we were able to sit in the living room by the fireplace for hours- like we had it all to ourselves. much appreciated.

Great location short walk from high street. Rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly, kind and helpful, especially Dawn. Superb breakfasts and garden area. Definitely recommend staying here.

If I had to choose one thing that could have been better, it would have been the bed at the INN, was just a bit firmer than we were used too! But overall it was a great trip!!
The breakfast was excellent. The owners and staff were so nice! The Inn was in walking distance to shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to Outlet stores. We took a trip to the Cog Railway, about 1 hour from the Inn. Was definitely worth the drive the scenery from the mountain was amazing ! We even stopped at a couple waterfalls that could be scene from the main road, heading to the train. (Bonus)!! I would definitely recommend a stay at The Cranmore INN, I know we will be back.

Shows a hot tub on property but there isn’t one. The property and atmosphere lacks a bit of warmth… or as I say “love” While the food was good, it was basic and would have been nice to have some home baked items added daily.

Bathroom door had a tendency to slide open - not ideal with 4 people in 1 room! A very minor thing though.
Staff really helpful and absolutely lovely, went above and beyond to help out with local knowledge and even recommended places for our next stop! Breakfast good and lots of gluten free options available for my wife. Room size good, lovely fireplace. Easy to walk to train station and shops in North Conway.

I didn't like having to leave.
The Inn is beautiful. Or room was amazing. Christopher and Eddie are superb hosts. I love driving up to the inn with my wife and staying a day or two and this wonderful Inn. I feel like I never left home. And they also produce theater. The play was well done as well. It's just superlative.

There is nothing to mention in this area.
The Cranmore Inn and Suites in an ideal place to stay if you are visiting the North Conway, NH area. The location is steps away from the main downtown area and all it has to offer. The Inn provides a delicious breakfast for guests with a variety of choices. The room we got was cozy, clean, and just perfect for the vibe we were looking for. The Inn is decorated with bits and pieces that provide a nostalgic air. In the main sitting room you have an opportunity to meet and chat with other guests. All staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

the room we had faced the road and it was very close, so it was very noisy from traffic. Ask for a room near the rear. Breakfast was good but did not have options for Soya milk. Only Almond which is no use if you are lucky enough to have a nut and lactose allergy!
A great Inn. Easy to find. We loved North Conway.

We liked the hotel from the first minute of our visit and this was due to the wonderful Mrs. Dawn. Mrs. Dawn greeted us with her beautiful smile and was very kind, which immediately charmed us and we were happy to see her every morning in the hotel restaurant. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night, although we slept with the window open all night. The breakfasts were good and we really enjoyed them.

Would have liked additional breakfast choices. Perhaps like yogurt and granola, avocado toast, vegan/vegetarian choices. Coffee hate to say was not good. Wish there was a small in room refrigerator. Bed was too high (I'm short) and very sqeaky!
Location was perfect. Loved to be able to walk downtown. Loved how clean the rooms were. Staff very friendly!

No access to hot tub after several hikes. Rooms are not soundproof- could hear people talking, laughing and being intimate next door.
