We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthe ice machine was broken. no free coffee in the am. and the plug in air freshener was totally over powering.
i didnt see any breakfast, why are you asking about breakfast. there wasnt even any coffee. i like that it is across the street from am/pm , i got my morning coffee there. just down the street was mcDonalds, so i got coffee there another time. i got coffee also at del taco, dont do that, it is the worst coffee ever! but i did like that i could get a bucket of beans and french fries at Del Taco. it is also across the street from Target where i got lots of snacks. i love that the place has a micro wave and comes with a large, for a hotel room, refridgerator. the check in lady made sure to put me at the back of the place, which i appreciated, it made it a lot more quiet.

United StatesMattress was really hard and sagged in the middle; ice was not free - had to insert money in ice vending machine; surprised with a $25 cash deposit fee upon registering and, even though it was given back at checkout, the cash deposit WAS NOT mentioned in any online information during booking process.
Location for our business purposes was convenient and quiet and close to a variety of dining options. Room was very clean. and staff was very friendly and helpful about where to eat.
