Our room had roaches and we got hit by something flying around. We couldn't eat our left covers due to the roaches.

The room I was goven had bed bugs, when I reported it they said they would give me quarters to dry my clothes that I NEVER RECIEVED, they didn't seem to care much. One of the towels had alot of dirt and a dried roach on it.There was only one tv , old stove that half way worked. I. The second room everything was the same but no bugs. TUBS have chipped paint not to appealing to wash in after the first room my kids were disappointed and really just wanted to go but at the last minute when we got all pur bags in the car they magically had another room.

Main door did not open nicely and cold coming in the cracks. bathroom tub did not empty. cold in room heater only in one room. toilet was not working but got that fixed. TV was not working but got that fixed.

Location to the resort where our convention was. It was right on the beach. Kitchen worked great.

I didn’t like that the dishes were dirty and the fridge didn’t stay clean. I also didn’t like that the rags to wash the dishes smelled dirty. We bought a whole gallon of milk and when I tasted the milk it was gross because it didn’t stay cold. The last thing was the lamp in front of the window didn’t work.

Having to wait for staff to come in to work and check the room before I could get my 100% cash deposit they require at check in to be returned to me. I wanted to leave at 8 am, had to wait til 9:30 . Good thing I didn't have a flight to catch.

Since I booked through Booking.com I was required to place a $100 cash deposit. I did get the exact same two bills back when I checked out but I don't remember having to do this last year. It caught me off guard.

I've stayed here several times so I know its old but you can't beat the price or location.

The room's needed to be updated. I didn't like that our room's was not that clean 😕, one of the beds have pet hair on it & in it, I have pets but I don't let them in my bed. There was bugs(Roaches, Beatles) No bedbugs. One of our TV didn't work right, the picture would blink in and out & had real bad static. I wish the kitchen was a little bigger & I wish that they would had the little coffee pack in our room to make coffee, had coffee maker, They didn't have the kitchenware that we needed so we had to call for it, I think every room should have a pot, frying pan, and a flat plate for the stove & oven.

The view of the beach was great, The staff was great. The room was ok.

The cleamess of the room , the carpets needs to be cleaned ,walls painted,, blinds ,replaced, there was roches in the room,toaster didnt work, the room was only vacuum one time our whole visit, never cleaned by house keeping we did the cleaning , ice machine was down the whole time

Way too much cigarette and pot smoking on site. To the point it hurt the experience. You don't need to smoke to relax when you are at the beach.

Oceanfront

Oceanfront wasn't really oceanfront. They had roaches. And roaches in the coffee maker. Beds were so uncomfortable and bowed in when you laid on it. No lock for the separate bedroom door. And no TV or microwave.

Seemed a bit run down. Our stove only had one working eye, and it was weird backwards. I had to turn the rear eye knob to turn the front right eye on. The left front eye would spark and sizzle at the connection and even set off the fire alarm. None of the other eyes worked. Out of the two beds, only one was decent. One bed was able to be slept on, while the other had worn-out sagging springs and was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel staff also will not clean your room or provide any services other than bring you new towels or toilet paper, due to covid. There's also a $100 safety deposit that has to be made in cash at check in, even if you pay in full prior to arrival, but you get it back when you check out. It's listed in their fine print, which had to be pointed out to me, since I've never experienced that before. As far as value for experience, I think it is a bit overpriced. I spent almost $1300 for two weeks, and after staying for the entirety, it's not worth that price. It honestly reminded me of an econolodge, with just bit higher price due to location. Due to my experience, and after staying at other hotels at similar locations with similar "amenities" this hotel should have been closer to approximately $900 instead of the $1300 for the amount of time spent there.

In disrepair. Needs upgrades. Open trash cans and flies. A possum was hanging around. It's gone downhill over the years. Paying a $100 cash deposit was unnecessary and inconvenient.

I paid for my room in full through this app but I had to pay a 100$ security deposit which was crazy! I thought that the floor needs to be replaced or cleaned. My socks were brown just from walking on the floor. Needed a new tub as well it was starting to rust. I also paid for an oceanfront room I expected to actually see the ocean when I open my window or balcony. I had to stand in front of the pool area to see the ocean .

The location was amazing ! The beds were comfy. The staff was amazing . The check in/ check out process was great.
