Construction was going on in some areas near the pool. The pool itself was nice; clean and not super crowded.

The room(s) were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen area had hot water maker, coffee maker, dishware, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. No AC, but there were ceiling and portable electric fans. There was also a game room and fitness room adjacent to the pool.

Walls are thin. We were on the second floor and could hear walking and talking from the room above us.

The location of this place is terrific, just across from Palisades. We got in late, just in time for the last checkin around 11pm, but the staff texted after hours instructions in case we didn't make it in time. Rooms are spacious and wifi signal was strong during our mid-week stay. Having a kitchen and dishwasher was really nice.

Cosy units that have everything you need for a short stay. Kitchenette is well appointed and the unit easily accommodates 4 people with a comfortable signed in the living room. Cute balcony for afternoon Apreś. Friendly and welcoming staff including a super shuttle driver who delivered us to the village area for skiing.

The room was too warm. Bed was too hard. Sofa bed was sagging in the middle. Lack of signs showing directions to rooms and lobby. Was confusing at the beginning. Shower head did not provide a good spray. Beds, carpet, bathroom, decor etc. are out-of-date.

hot cider social hour. It was nice to sip something warm on a cold day and the lady working there was very friendly. Shuttle to the ski lifts was very nice and was frequent.

This great property is so close to the lifts with a convenient shuttle around the Palisades Tahoe Village and lifts. I had a large suite with kitchen, two rooms and outdoor balcony. After skiing I used the big heated pool and hot tub. Nice and clean. I also was treated to a local winery tasting in the lobby après swim! Maybe the best part was the wonderful young staff from Peru, Argentina and the Andes. Perfect. I'll be back.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

I like the hot tub and sauna with a beautiful view of the Palisades ski runs. Nice little touches like a wine tasting happy hour. A bonus to be able to ski both Palisades and Alpine Meadows, using the base to base gondola. Parking is close.

It's dated but in a fun ski lodge way. It was impeccably clean and well maintained.

The room was lovely and having the extra space with the kitchenette was great. We loved the fireplace! The amenities including the hot tub, sauna, and hot cider happy hour were nice. The location and free shuttle were perfect.

The area where we stayed needed painting looked dated and dirty. The heater was not working in bedroom. Bed and pillows were not comfortable.
