We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only downfall about this property is that the closest parking is the lot next to it and it cost $45 a night which can become very expensive if you stay for multiple nights. Other people going to the aquarium and other attractions use this parking lot. I think that if you are staying at the hotel, the parking should be free.
I enjoyed the boutique feel. It also was very safe, and very quiet. The bartender Steven is awesome.

United States of AmericaThey noise from the train in the middle of the night and early morning. This prevented good sleep and rest for me. Ear plugs were provided in the room but there was no warning about it at check in. Would have been the peefect stay if it wasn't for that.

CanadaWas very disappointed that when we asked for a late check out (a couple of hours more i.e. mid afternoon). They wwanted to charge us $80 U.S. which was approx $120 canadian. Other think that would of been a bonus is that they would have food available for purchase during the day....

Puerto RicoI am not a light sleeper so I wasn't affected by the noise of the train that goes near the hotel. The hotel provides earplugs in the room which I thaught was very considerate of them.
What we loved the most its the building history, hotel design, and atmosphere. If you like small cozy spaces this is the hotel for you. Centric location but not on a busy street which is wonderfull.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I did not like is that the pool Closed early. We had late dinners every evening and would have loved to come back and relax by the pool for awhile before retiring to our rooms
I felt the property was very secure …. Needed your key to take the elevator. Doors locked at a certain time with key entry requirement. Refreshing water available on the lobby when arrived from the day out on the heat and sun! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even the night security guard!!

SpainThe value for the breakfast was too high. Very scarce gluten free options for people with celiac. You'll be eating fruit and hard boiled eggs. Had to ask for salt and pepper shakers every morning, as there were none readily available for the eggs. Asked for a glass of milk and that's not included either.

It was very cozy and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating for my birthday weekend. They left me a small bottle of champagne for my birthday and also let us borrow an umbrella for the rain. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks for making my first trip to New Orleans nice and easy.

United States of AmericaParking was rough. There was a lot nearby with a pay kiosk. Charge on my card did not got through and wound up with a boot which was double the price for parking. The app worked much better.
Really like the feel of the building and ability to walk most places we wanted to see. Open joists in the rooms with steel beams. Roof top terrace had great views of the area. Bistro was nice, and Miranda was very helpful. We were sad that they were out of bread pudding the night that we ate in.
