Chair in my room had torn fabric, no coffee available in the rooms or lobby, room was a bit dingy not super clean.

There was hair in the bed when I took off the cover, nasty stains on the floor, headboards weren’t clean, no breakfast even we were told we got it free, person in the room next to us was blasting music until 12:30 in the morning and smelled of weed in the hallways

Providing a better "breakfast" option. Having a little variety on breakfast, coffee, and tea. Also, having more than just packaged snacks for breakfast, adding some fruit.

The room was spacious enough, liked that it had a small kitchen. Would have been nice to have some of the kitchen wear on hand and not to request it from the front office. The elevator probably needs repairs and the "breakfast" could be a lot better.

The floors were really dirty and stained in the bathroom. And it smelt like smoke in the hallways.

It was non smoking floor but smelt like smoke in the hallways. The keys weren’t working to enter the room multiple times made it an inconvenience. The air conditioner was broken the panel was coming off.

The location was close to where we went to celebrate for my birthday.

Junk cars in the parking lot, homeless walking around. Noisy, since it is next to the freeway. Dirty windows, we can't see thru.

The most we hate was the smell. The hallway smells dog.

Location is good. Bed was good also. The most i like there have a the counter/kitchen inside the room. You can cook. I didn't get the free breakfast because you were still going downstairs to get your breakfast.

A person can hardly find the hotel. It's hidden, with detours all over the place, and large buildings hiding it.

Could have been cleaner. We had a dead wasp and a live wasp i had to kill in the room when we first arrived. There were spiders by the back entrance door. Lots of people hanging out outside all day.

Back entrance is full of homeless people, door is broken so they just walk in and out of hotel and roam it freely and it smells like marijuana. Parking lot could use a security as well several people just parked there sleeping in there cars with trash all over the place

I had to ask for everything. They have a kitchen without any utensils/accessories stocked. Ironing board with no pad and no iron in room. There was an odd knocking in the pipes all night long. Carpet needed upgrading or a really good shampooing. Odd smell. Had to buy a room deodorizer. Bath towels could be a bit nicer. One of my hand towels was stained. Mattress was a bit lumpy.

Location was great. Easy check in. Kitchenette is nice, full sized refrigerator. Parking was easy and plentiful.

The room floor were filthy. I had to buy a mop and clean them. The mop was full with dirt. The tub was dirty I had to clean.

1st night out of our 4 night stay was horrible. The family room given was on 3rd floor , with loose window latches and the room was next to the highway. There was traffic noise all night long. We had to pack our bags next morning to switch to another room, which ultimately was way better. But the movement was the hassle and took lot of our leisure time on 2nd day morning

The breakfast is a cup of coffe and a sneak in front of the reception! near the hotel there's an house under costruction it's impossibile to sleep after 6.30 am.

It is a little outdated. There was no dishes, utensils, glasses, pots or pans, no paper towels, no shampoo… it is advertised that breakfast is included and all that entailed was packets of instant oatmeal, coffee & individual wrapped muffins. No juices, no cereal, no yogurt, no eggs. no fresh fruit, no ice water, no protein or waffles Also, you aren’t told that there is no room service during your stay

Location was central so I could get to the hospital and to family
