Rooms had issues, poorly run facilities, no management on the weekend

After a 500 mile motorcycle ride to get here we find the shower holder was riped off the wall and non operational and the staff wouldn't get us another room until the next day. We asked management to call us with no avail. The shower had a hole in the back of the shower head so when you hand held it...it sprayed everywhere. All of our friends rooms had problems as well. This place has really been run poorly since we last stayed here. I mean the trash out front wasn't removed from Friday and by Sunday it was overflowing. Then there was the message on the mirror when the steam hit it 🤦‍♂️🤢

Very very old and in need of repairs. I bought a blanket & pillow from a store close by to sleep under because it looked that bad. Photo shows the burned floor & the one of the broken counter tops.

Convenient location. Room had no smells. Room had been cleaned as best as it could be & the heating & a/c worked.

Very unclean sand run down. Hall carpets with trash all over. Floors in room very dirty. Lights broken. Public trash cans overfull.

The facility was dirty and in serious need of repair. The toilet wouldn't flush and the bathroom door handle fell off the first day. The bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off and ran the whole time. We had a kitchenet but had no plates or cooking utensils. There was garbage under the bed and food scraps on the stove.

The place is rundown and really feels like it’s not cared for. It smells bad. The elevator does not feel safe. The other residents do not feel safe. The kitchenette was completely empty, and it took over an hour to get some plates and glasses. As for the blow dryer, they were never able to “find it”. It was a relief to leave the next morning.

Honestly I cannot think of a single positive thing to say here.

Room 126 bed was very uncomfortable. I had to sleep in recliner chair, as the mattress caused 1 day of back pain. It took alot of walking, icing to heal and recover for a Certification Test at work.

Got room requested. Helped to be close by to laundry room.

I didn’t like how my room was dirty, I moved the bedside table and there was grunge all around it, quite disgusting to be honest. The hall way smelled like boiled hot dog water, it was gross. I am actually surprised I didn’t see any rodents, I did see a few flies in my room but they were too small or quick to catch them.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly.

The kitchen wasn't cleaned properly. The counters were dirty, under the sink was dirty, The tub spout was dripping and could not be tightened to stop it. All the furniture was old and beaten up badly. Light bulbs were burned out and the front desk said they didn't have any replacements. The downstairs hallway was dirty and needed to be vacuumed more frequently.

The facility was dirty. Appliances were broken. The fridge wasn't working. Toilet was clogged. Carpet was very dirty.

Location. It was close to restaurants and shopping centers.

It was disgusting! We left after taking a quick nap to find another hotel. Dirty. Did not feel safe. 3 Sheriff's pulled up after we checked in. When we left there were people hanging around smoking cigarettes in front of the lobby.

The place was disgustingly dirty inside and out. It looked like some of the rooms had been used to house the homeless. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere, guys hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night, bloodstains on the hallway wall. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Staff really nice especially Sammy who was really helpful even when he had to pull a double shift to cover for other staff.
