I’ve been staying there for 8 years when the prices are not escalated to $500 a night. It’s disappointing that in the 8 years no renovations have been made.. the counters in the rooms are scuffed up and all need to be replaced.

We were taking our luggage to load into the car and one of the staff members insisted I let him load our luggage in the trunk. I didn't have cash on me to tip him and he was very irritated.

Restaurant is open until 1am. Front desk staff is professional and nice.

I was in town for a campus visit and I was in the perfect location to get to the university as well as restaurants and other places. The staff was really nice, especially at the onsite restaurant bar.

The bath tub had been resurfaced and the glaze was peeling ALL OVER the tub- we wouldn’t use it

My room was lovely but there is no overhead lighting. This seems pithy for such a pretty room but I checked in at night and had to use my phone to see into the room only to find that there were no light switches but only lamps. After that I made sure to turn on at least two lamps so when I returned I could see. There also was only one small trash can with filled really quickly that leads me to my next point. The room was straightened before I came in but cleaned? No there were cup rings all over the counters the floor had obviously not been mopped at my arrival. I chalked this up to the fact my original booking was unavailable and they infact upgraded me. When cleaning service did come they straightened the room but did not empty the trash or wipe anything down or mop. No horrendous findings but I did expect better. The food at the grill was good but what was on the menu and what I recieved were two different things. It seemed that at least two things listed on the menu was not present on any.orderd whether in the restaurant or ordering room service. Honestly wouldn't recommend the restaurant unless your wanting the convenience. Breakfast buffet was great though.

I loved the staff most of all. I was privileged to be able to stay in one of the preferred rooms and everyone, the front desk,waitresses, bartenders, room service, to the ladies of the club lounge on the 14th floor were so incredibly nice and accommodating and appeared to absolutely love their job. I enjoyed it so much I increased my stay and that was mainly because of the staff. They are a treasure and the life blood in my opinion of that hotel.

AC in out room was pretty loud - The AC fan noise was like full throttle when it comes on. Kept waking us up. So we did not sleep well. The bed mattresses seem pretty worn. They tend to roll us to the middle of the bed. When sleeping two people on the bed, we had to cling to the outside edges.

Staff, location and facilities were all great. Easy and quick check-in & check-out. Nice large room! (We were in a room with two queen beds) Lots of work space / desk space
