The coffee in the room was terrible. All they had was an electric kettle and packs of decaf with only the powdered creamer and a couple sugars. For the price of the hotel, they should have a much better set up for in room coffee. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable and it is a large hotel with only one slow elevator.

Comfortable bed, breakfast was good, staff was very nice.

The water pressure in the shower.

Everything, ample parking, used on-line check-in process. I called the hotel and requested to check in a 3pm instead the standard 4pm. I was advised I could for an additional $ 20 fee, I declined. I thought that’s cheesy! I ended showing up at 3pm taking a chance & was allowed to check in w/o the extra fee plus was upgraded to a really nice suite! I didn’t partake in the 5:30 pm happy hour or the breakfast due to previous plans with family & friends. I loved the location easy to access off the freeway & walked to a local brewery after checking in so it was perfect. AC was easy to use and you allowed to adjust it to your comfort level. The shower came out slowly but was ok not great. Probably need an upgraded sub pump to push the water up to the rooms. Overall this place was great and I will stay again next time I’m in the area.

The shower had no handheld showerhead. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast was very American-style with little choice for those preferring a European option (for example, no croissants and very few pastries), only eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Pancakes or waffles would have been a nice addition.

The room was very spacious and pleasantly scented. The bathroom was large, clean, and fully equipped with all comforts. Parking was nearby and convenient. The staff were extremely kind—special mention to Will at the bar, who was fantastic. We ate very well and really enjoyed the experience.

We were assigned a room undergoing construction at check in however our room was changed and staff moved our luggage when requested room change. Would like more fresh fruit at breakfast

That I only had a one night stay. Definitely want to come back.

I loved the size of the room. Having a nice couch to sit on with my spouse- not just a bed or a single chair was so nice. Also the separate bad/ shower was nice. Also I love the separate commode room. The complimentary drink at happy hour was an unexpected treat. Breakfast had many hot offerings including an omelette station. This place was competitively priced and offered so much more than other area hotels - yet still a simple 10 minute walk from downtown square. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to down town area!

There’s just one elevator, so at times we had to wait a bit. But overall, it didn’t take away from the positive experience.

Everything was great! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the complimentary drinks. The staff—and especially the team at the bar—were friendly and welcoming. There were also plenty of parking spots available, which made things easy and convenient.

The elevator runs pretty slow, but the fact that I was only on the second floor I usually opted to just take the stairs

pleasantly surprised at the overall condition of the property, style in the above average breakfast offering free one drink ticket and appetizer is also a very nice touch and offered socialization with guests
