Carpet was dirty, laundry dryer didn't work, shower did work, but they moved us to a clean fully working room it was a beautiful room so we were very happy after that.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was great. Starbucks was good. Free drink was cool 😎. Bar tender water good. Jan hooked us up with snorkeling gear at the beach ⛱️. Kids got to make slime. Water slide was a hit for the kids. 2 pools

When I got to my room the first closet I opened had men’s underwear in it. A staff member came to my mom and informed me that the closet should have been locked. The room I was in also has a broken hairdryer. I called guest services and was told I couldn’t get a new one because I booked through an outside source.

The property was located on a beautiful beach. I loved the pool area. The staff was very friendly as well.

Breakfast buffet, food was poor quality. It is very expensive and not worthy. Variety of food limited. It should be included in the room price for that buffet. Staff front desk no available when needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra. It should be included in the price. Wifi was slow. Phone was loosing signal in the room.

I like the room. Very comfortable. Pool is nice and beach is easy access. Great gym. Staff were friendly.

The service in the room could have been better. I feel that the first day I was supplied with the leftovers of the previous guests. I don't think the carpert in the room was cleaned once.

Pool slide needs to stay open past 6 pm, with check in time at 4, it really does not give kids enough time to spend using the slide. The light over the ping pong table needs to be little bright, at night it was hard to see.

The upkeep of the room

The valet was terrible, watched one of the employees retrieving our vehicle almost crash it into another vehicle. Our bathrooms were dirty and one of the bedrooms had dirty pillows on the bed. The windows were filthy so we could enjoy the beautiful view through the windows since the balcony door was also unable to be opened. The resort staff did not want to be bothered with us and kept referring to the fact that they could help us as we booked with a third party.

The room was dirty. Not a lot of variety/affordable food options on property. Didn’t love that it was valet parking only, we must have missed that in the fine print when booking. So many hidden fees we were not made aware of during booking. The almost $40 daily fee was a rip off and not worth it. Would not recommend booking through a third party— issues we ran into were not handled by staff as efficiently because of it. For instance, we ran out of toilet paper, and had to practically beg the front staff for another roll to get us through the rest of our stay, all because we used a third party booking. Be leery!

The pools and the slide were a big hit with our kids. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel was nice. Loved having beach towels provided.

Only issue we had was ordering lunch at the pool. Only 1 person to take orders waited 45 minutes for the order. Not sure if there was not enough staffing ?

Our room was disgusting, bed linens were stained and nothing had been cleaned in our room. The larger bedroom sink was dirty and the sink in the other bathroom the handle was broken. When we ran the water in the bathtubs it was yellow indicating that the bath tubs had obviously not been cleaned either. The furniture was old and worn. The front desk staff was very uneducated and very unhelpful.

There wasn’t a lot my family liked about the property. The pool staff was nice and apologetic when it took over an hour to get food after we ordered. I’m guessing they forgot about us because I didn’t see any other food going out or being ordered. The beach was clean. The pool was nice. The lobby was clean. Our waiter at the adult pool was very attentive and nice. Also the man at the Starbucks in the lobby (in the morning) was wonderful and very kind.

Staff was terrible. We had a very bad experience with the reception people working there. They were rude, unfriendly and had little or no will to work. We looked for the resort fee in the reservation, which we did not find, and they insisted of charging, and in the meanwhile they mocked us. They were insulting and disrespectful, to the point of ridiculous; threatening to call security, to a family group that included of 5 kids, years 5, 3, 2 and 2 babies age 0. Never had I have in family trips, such a bag experience particularly with personnel. Also, we had water falling from the ceiling due to the AC all over moquete floor, which left it completely wet. We had to turn off AC
