There was no front desk, so everything was managed online, and it was a bit difficult for me. One of our rooms was next to the street, and it was a bit noisy during the night. Also, the AC was making a lot of noise. Even though the staff were checking it, and trying to fix it, the noise kept going.

The location is amazing, close to the most vibrant spots of the city. It was also a nice place, with plenty of room, and clean space.

A.c was quite loud. No broom/vacuum to sweep floors. No beach towels or chairs to take to the beach(weird considering south beach is the reason for booking this location).

It was very close walking distance to the beach, shops and great restaurants. Spacious room. Clean on arrival. No noise at night. Staff on watsapp very attentive. Good place for the price.

there was cockroaches in the room i tried cancelling my stay and pantera rosa and booking.com made it super impossisble after being on the phone with booking and pantera rosa for over 8 HOURS! whole day wasted i was about to get a refund when they asked me to call booking.com AGAIN to reconfirm (just saying everytime i was on the phone to booking it was a 1-2hr waiting time to talk to anyone) so at the end after all them hours and us being super tired we just continued our stay.

The reviews about the noise coming from the AC is no joke. It is loud. It didn't disturb my sleep like some as I wore earplugs, but when I was in the apartment during the day, I turned it off as much possible so to not disturb my peace. Also the bathroom has hardly any place to put your toiletries.

The location is great for the beach, restaurants, bars, and walking amongst the action. Room was good size and clean.

Very late check-in from 4 p.m. and not a minute earlier!!! I wouldn’t have stopped here for the second time. In the chat, technical support answers for a very long time within 2-3 hours. There is no check-in desk, everything is online. There is no place to leave my luggage. The view of the fence on the ground floor was terrible. The room is nice and comfortable.

Excellent location, we were worried about the noise level at night (based on other reviews) but it turned out to be OK. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the property managers, late checkout free of charge. Some more hangers in the closet would be nice

Door handle came off, there was some loose trash in the apartment, and shower water pressure was low. Check in codes were inaccurate, but staff was very responsive and helpful.
