loved everything about our stay

The beds were so comfortable and very clean room. The lady who owns the place was very sweet and helpful with ideas of what to do while there and even provided a coupon that saved us quite a bit. She provided free water and coffee and other beverages all day. The location was great was able to walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place! Close to the beach, the casinos, hiking, and the resort. Clean and comfortable, and probably the best value around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The tickets you get for the private beach were an excellent bonus.

The bathroom is in need of updating especially in the bath area where the joints need a good clean out and re-grouting. No exhaust in the bathroom

Good Location. Very pleasant and helpful host. Small but comfortable and cosy room. Though antiquated, a good and efficient heating system separate from and better than the air-conditioner in other hotels. Even though breakfast was not included the host offered us coffee and water to go.

The WiFi was very slow.

Our room was lovely and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking into town and to the lake. So convenient! The lady who runs the Motel was very kind and friendly.

Interior could use some updating, but at the end of the day it's about the mtn for us, so really checked all our boxes.

The heating stove makes strange noises at night, which affects sleep.

The location is excellent, with nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and close proximity to the ski resort.

Location. Easy walk to anywhere around Stateline. Room was old but well kept. Very comfortable bed. Discount tickets for the private beach a big plus. And the wonderful lady who was running the place was a star. I regret forgetting her name.

Older facility, and A\C was not very effective. Heater was on low, all during stay, and could not be turned off, even though the weather was very warm outside.

Very friendly and helpful manager. Always checked in to see if there is anything more she could do to help, or of I needed anything.

Price is very high for what you get... it is a bit run down... they try to make the beds comfy by throwing two foam pads on it, but it makes it quite awkward to lay in. The A/C unit was not really functional and left the room very hot in the summer. Hard to justify for how expensive it is, but I understand that it's a very expensive place in general.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Very welcoming and willing to help give guidance and recommendations for the area. Great location in South Lake Tahoe! A short walk away from the main street. Perfectly situated / close to the beach and to restaurants and other activities all within walking distance.

Mae was an outstanding host. She was friendly and helpful . Fresh coffee and juice every morning . She accommodated our extremely large truck for the duration of our stay along with beach passes.

The WiFi is not strong enough to work in the rooms, even though there are a few different networks to choose from. I had a nice hot shower, but I had to run the hot water for a long time before it got hot. The glass plate inside the microwave was the wrong size, but the microwave worked fine after I removed it.

My room and bed were comfortable and clean. It was quiet but only a short walk away from the main shopping and restaurant street. I’m a hiker, and the manager was very nice and offered to help me get to the grocery store and do my laundry.
