They give any room service unless you went by the office. Had to clean the coffee pot !!!! Had to take the trash our self, and had to go to office to get clean towels and toilet paper and coffee.But we didn't complain we truly have been to worst places. It wasn't so bad that we wouldn't try it again. THANKS

The sheets are polyester satin and very hot, not to mention slippery.

The room was very clean. I have never stayed in a hotel/motel with so many lighting options in a room. The mattress was firmness was great.

Better blinds on the windows with definitely be advised, the Room I stayed in was 52 and it took the hot water forever to heat up and lastly the memory foam beds weren't all that comfortable to me.

The rooms were clean and had a decent frigerator and plenty of space for at least four people. The accommodation was roomy and the microwave and counterspace was highly appreciated.

Some of the rooms are a bit rundown (but they are going through a remodel so that should change soon). We had some rowdy guests staying near us and they were loud. Sounded like there was some fighting.

They had the maintenance man doing all the jobs which I think it’s messed up. Shouldn’t over work people or take people for granted. I would know, I own my own business. Took 45 mins to check in because they don’t have someone running the front desk, had maintenance man running it and he had no idea what he was doing and he looked over worked

The front lobby/check-in area is pretty junky. The rooms could use updating. It does appear they are trying to update, though as there was boxes of furniture all in the lobby.

The main lobby looked scary; looked like maybe they were renovating, but it was nowhere near done, however, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room was very clean. Staff was friendly enough , no breakfast but overall it was a good stay.

It wasn’t a handicapped room. Beds were too far off floor had to have a step stool to get in them. No towel racks in bathroom near shower. Still renovating rooms .Didn’t empty our trash daily.

Room fragrance was a little strong. Management addressed it with cleaning staff. There was no towel rack it bathroom to hang towel after shower, but manager was made aware and will have one installed in room. They have undergone repairs and renovations.

Conveniently located near food, gas events and recreation. The mountain views were spectacular as we went to see the fall leaves of changed colors. We had a wonderful time.

It was not quite as up to date as some we have stayed at. Not enough plug in. No usb plugs. No hair dryer.

It looks as tho the hotel is undergoing renovations, there were a lot of things that needed repair but as soon as we pointed out the things that needed repair in our room the staff was quick to fix it. They even moved us to another room so they could make repairs

There was not enough hooks in the bathroom or a table to put clothing and toiletries on when getting ready to shower. And the chair in the room was broken.

The owner was very congenial and answered all our questions about where to eat and what to do in the area.

Absolutely minimal hand soap provided. Drink vending machine sold out. No one at registration desk, contacting by cell phone awkward.

Very clean and tidy in room. Bathroom worked well, plenty hot water quickly. Wifi worked well. TV good.

The cleaner they use in the room has a scent that is rather overpowering. Hard pillows. Outside of the motel needs cleaning up. I was nervous when I pulled up, especially since I paid online. The room was satisfactory though. Bath mat for inside the shower was hanging on the towel bar and looked dirty so I didn't use it.

It was quiet. Room appeared clean. Staff was pleasant. Wifi and air conditioner worked well. Bed is memory foam and was firm but comfortable

There were trash all over the place & I think they rent to locals which I didn't like. It'd be a nice place if it was kept up a bit.

I liked the employee. He got me exactly what I needed towels, hairdryer etc. He was very friendly
