coffee was great. location was perfect, right off the highway but still quiet in the room. loved the pool and the little porch off the cottage was so cute! staff was so welcoming and had great local dining suggestions.

It was sweet and cozy and in a great location. The staff were so warm and hospitable. There was free coffee in the office. The pool was lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the courtesy chairs outside the room to read and take in the view. We will definitely stay there next time.

I come up to the area quite often to hike and have stayed at many places, but hands-down, this is one of the most comfortable and clean places I've stayed! Perfect location and even though it's right off the highway, so quite at night. Matthew was a very gracious host and made many wonderful recommendations of places to visit in the area! Will definitely stay here again!

The cottage was very clean & well maintained. Hosts were very accommodating & friendly. Since we were checking out of another hotel in the area they allowed us to come in early so we could transfer our foods to the refrigerator. Great Job guys!!

Excellent location near the highway, but quiet. The staff was very professional and courteous. Room was updated and met are needs, and cost was very reasonable. We have stayed at the Profile Motel several times and have always had a very pleasant experience.

This place is run by a very nice couple. There is a Kurig coffee machine in the office if you would like coffee. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, always a plus for us. All rooms are nonsmoking and pets are not allowed, another big plus for us. Our room was very spacious with two queen beds. There is a shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom, plus another sink in the open living area. The bed was quite comfortable with 4 pillows 😀 I sleep with lots of pillows so it was great for me. When we are in the area again we will stay here.

I loved the location of the property. perfect ride to loon in the morning, close to town, and in a good place if you wanted to head into Conway too. Check-in was super quick and easy, we loved how comfy the beds were, and everything was clean!

We liked everything. We booked the trip last minute and we did not have many expectations. It was a great stay! We are looking forward to going back, maybe in warmer weather.

It is a small family operated motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room is warm and very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the fridge quite big, the bathroom has a nice bathtub and the water is really hot, it is wonderful to shower after having been out in the cold for a while. Housekeeping is great as well, every day we found our clean towels arranged in a different figurine on our bed! Nice surprise! First time we see that. Besides, the location is perfect, right off I-93, close to Franconia Notch State Park. There are many beautiful walks accessible from motel, no need to drive to Georgiana Falls, for example. Beautiful and interesting walk even in winter! We loved our stay there!

The owners were very friendly and sweet. The room itself was super clean and spacious. The bathroom was great size and also super clean. my only negative feedback was the bed.. it was overly bouncy and felt like if either of us turned over the other could bounce off but overall comfy just very bouncy. i would definitely stay here again as the location for our activities was perfect!

What's not to like? I mean, it's not the lap of luxury, and it doesn't pretend to be. It's clean, affordable, quiet, and in a great location. The owners are super awesome, and gave us great recommendations for the area.

The rooms were large with one-floor, easy access to bring in and dry out gear, including skis. The bed was very(!) comfortable; the fridge was a large version of a mini-fridge (including a freezer), so plenty of room to unpack fresh food; microwave was handy. The couple who own the motel were welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for skiing Loon!
