Pulled in to the parking lot and saw someone trying to go threw a window. Got to the room bed was not made it was all messed up and the room looked like something out of a documentary about a serial killer/bad porno from back in the 50’s. Bed felt like it was just stacked carpets to sleep on.

Trash in the parking lot, someone smoking in the stairway. Rooms couch was sunken in and stains all over it. Bathroom was filthy, looked like dog dropping in the corner of the bathtub. Woke up with kinks in necks. No USB ports for charging phones...pictures don't match the room

The property is old and could use renovations. They no longer have a Shuttle to the Airport. Breakfast was disappointing, and the pancake machine was broken. The lobby and elevator rugs were dirty, but, cement workers were staying there and tracked in the dry cement.

I disliked upon check in I was advised that the internet could not handle or may slow down/crash if I needed to use it for work. I disliked the musty stink, the black mold in the refrigerator and the toilet. I disliked the dirtiness of the room such the kitchen sink, the carpet, couch and chair stains, dirty walls, dirty inside of the refrigerator. I also disliked the huge rat trap box in a corner under the heating unit in the living room and the rat traps in the same place in the bedroom. I also disliked the unclean toilet with hair and the brown splatter on the wall next to the toilet. On my way to the room the carpet was completely frayed and trip worthy. In looking in a room where the breakfast was stored, the cabinet and room looked a hoarding area and not neat and clean to store food. The cabinet was also falling apart and one of the drawer fronts was completely chewed up as if a rat tried to gain access. I disliked how when advising Bella the front desk associate that checked me in, I was treated as if I was the problem and was making a big deal of nothing. The room I was put in was an upgrade and supposedly at no additional cost. Then what was wrong with the first room or was that an attempt to not allow price matching based on the policy set by Booking.com and my discovery of a lower cost with other sites upon check-in. I took more video than photos.

The location was in close proximity to my office building if I should need to go into the office to work. Upon check in I was advised that the internet could not handle or may slow down/crash if I needed to use it for work. I also liked having several restaurants, Target and Walmart. I liked the option of the kitchenette.

Everything is very dated and worn: the carpeting in the halls and the elevator, the furniture in the rooms. But it was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

It turned out to be right next to the place we had dinner, Sake Japanese Steak House, which is amazing.

The hotel's overall look and facilities are old and some parts look decrepit and run down. The ceiling tiles are full of water damage and the rugs are stained. The furnishings are old school and a bit dirty. The place feels out of date and needs a lot of refurbishment.

So glad that you asked.....the decor reminded me of growing up in Elizabeth NJ in the 1960's. The room needs a total update from the formica tops to the stain in the chair to the burn hole in the bed spread. The bathroom while somewhat clean had a bar of soap left in the shower no doubt from a previous guest. The shower rod holding up the shower curtain was installed backwards and was lose. There were holes in the wall where this curtain rod was installed. The rug in the Hotel elevator was filthy. The light outside the room kept me up most of the night.

The hotel is old and run down. The carpet is actually thread bare. There is mildew in the bathroom around the faucets. Someone put up an arc shower curtain rod but put the arc incorrectly (facing in instead of out) so the curtain is in the middle of your shower, it’s an impossible situation. They repaired the holes in the wall with wads of toilet paper, ugh.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Check in took 1 min as everything was ready and in order. The guys at the desk that night, and in the morning, were super helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. They have a cool pancake maker for the mornings.
