Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not much. Room door was hard to open/close. Heavy. Dirty vents.
Room was fairly clean. Needed a bit of vent cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Lady cooked eggs for us.

A/c blows on the bed because it was a wall unit. The hotel was dated and a little nervous about being in the back parking lot. No closet. Good for one night.

The pool is not heated I had issues trying to figure out the TV and all that goes with TV's these days. LOL
Breakfast was very good. lots of choices and super hot coffee which I really like! The egg cooking woman, Sherry, was super nice and friendly sending everyone off with a happy feeling for the day! The reason I did not like the pool is because it was NOT heated. So I dangled my feet. ;-)

I did not like a lukewarm shower. I like a hot shower. I would expect this from a mom and pop hotel but not a chain as big as Ramada. Either too cheap to run the gas or electricity or not a big enough hot water tank. To me that sucks.

We stayed there before and since then a few extra things were added; coffee dispensr, fruit bowl, and waffle maker.
Breakfast was simple but fresh and quick!

The bad - bed was way too soft (my partner liked it though). -The refrigerator and microwave were all unplugged when we got there. -Breakfast had a sign "no eggs". -pool was not heated -fitness room has no small weights... well, maybe they were all stolen :(
The good - breakfast had 2 waffle machines and plenty of cold options. -Dog friendly ($10 fee). -Very quiet in a back ground floor room -The attached Indian restaurant is fantastic

Directions to breakfast room unclear. Confusing to go through restaurant. TV difficult to watch. Did not respond well to remote. Lamp by window did not work, then I discovered it was unplugged. These things should be checked. Don't care for getting a room on back side; it doesn't feel as safe when I'm alone. Artificial turf looks 😴 tired.
Breakfast. Cleanliness. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good location for me.

Hotel has been upgraded and it is very nice. Rooms are fresh and new, two restaurants on site, and beautiful breakfast available in the morning with eggs cooked to order. Lobby is decorated beautifully for Christmas. Had a very nice stay!

They forgot my wake-up call. The coffee creamer was bad in the room , i Had to wait for breakfast, the maintenance worker blew dust on me as i.waited for a taxi

Was told at time of booking that there was a free airport shuttle, and told at time of check-in that this was not available ...ended up taking an uber so not a really big deal....but could have been. I was happy with my stay, but would not have booked if I knew there was not a free airport shuttle.
It was good, I checked in late and left early for a flight. Bed and room were very comfortable and spacious.
