The bed totally was not good at all harder than a rock we hardly slept. Kept waking up in pain. Killed my back, I would suggest they replace the beds! Especially in room 318 where we stayed. I had to put the pillows under my back just to get an hour of sleep.

The atrium where the pool and hot tub were was amazeing has a put put golf, game room, and kids play area this would be a great family getaway. The complimentary breakfast was very good too. Staff was always nice.

One of the dirtiest pools I have seen in hotels. Kids eating right inside the pool, trash outside. If hygiene matters for you can consider this hotel having no pool. Everything else is not much fun, but an ok hotel for one night for the price.

One of our bath towels was so scratchy! The hardest towel I've ever used. Hated using it.

That was fine. A decent variety of food. One of the service preparers was kind enough to make another carafe of coffee so I could have some, even though it closed down in 10-15 minutes.

Power went out due to a storm that rolled through, certainly not the hotel's fault but no one seemed bothered or cared. Prior to the power going out, the wi-fi was in and out, very weak signal, very disappointing. Bathroom was also a dirty, not cleaned well, hairs in shower and mystery debris in the toilet. Morning checkout was a joke, what must of been the owners or managers were sitting in chairs in the lobby, shoes off and couldn't of been bothered to check me out or even offer me a sympathetic thank you for sticking it out in a stuffy room with no a/c, no nothing, aside from one working light. Customer service & cleanliness is a cornerstone to a great hotel, sadly this property hasn't gotten that memo yet.

There were realllly bad stains on out mattress like someone had spilled something or water damage. but the sheets were clean and the pillows were nice.

It was nice that it was right near the National Park. The staff were amazing and so sweet. However it was OUTDATED. it needs an upgrade. The facilities were pleasant. If you have kids this would be so fun! however the hot tub was cold. But everything was fun to do.

Rooms could use some upgrades, walls had peeling paint and plaster coming down in some areas. The bath tub took forever to drain when showering. The knobs on the shower weren't working properly either, very loose and hard to turn off/on both cold & hot water. Also knob to run the shower wasn't working well either, too hard to turn.

Coffee is offered 24/7 which is great! Hotel rooms surround the atrium, which is convenient but if you have a pool-side room, it tends to get extremely loud. Thankfully, they close the atrium at night to allow quiet time! The atrium consists of the pool, hot tub, game room, putt putt golf, and a play center. All of which are great for entertaining families with children. Breakfast is offered daily, however, I had to check out before it was being served so I cannot speak to the quality of the food or options.

I parked in the back and I did not need my key to get into the building!!!! I was there for 3 days and that door was always open!!! 2nd day they had to move me because the air conditioner did not work. I was in a non smoking room but the hallway smelled of smoke. As I was walking out of my room to get some ice, my neighbor was walking out too and asked me if I wanted to go smoke some weed with him!!!! Traveling alone, I felt very nervous from that point on!!!

Parts of the room and some areas of the building were a little dirty and could use a good deep clean. There was only one ice machine on the opposite end of the building.

They claimed I didn't even have a reservation when I did & I prepaid for it. Gave us a room far from the pool area when we requested a balcony. The staff sucked. They make you sign a waiver saying no housekeeping for the entire stay. Really???

Their were hairs on the towels and mold everywhere in the bathroom. Unknown stains on the blankets. Breakfast ended at 9:30. I got a random $20 charge after we left.

I didn’t like that the staff told us the LONG way to get to our room down extremely long skinny halls in a complete square! we could have just turned the opposite direction that they pointed us and our room was directly around the corner. the sheets on one of the beds were dirty and the comforter had what looked like dried blood on it. when I asked for new bedding they told me to go to the front desk to pick it up. they just gave us a thinkable instead of a new comforter. They were not informing that the breakfast was only served until 9:30 so we missed out on it. I would recommend better ventilation for the halls due to extreme smell of chlorine from the pool it’s almost suffocating when you first get there.

I loved the atrium and easy accessibility from the room to it.

It's not very convenient to any gas station, stores or restaurants. Very impersonal ambiance...

The motel is a conference center and has a lot of rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and quiet. Fortunately I was in a room on the first floor and near an entrance.
