Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice people! We had a late arrivel (11pm) but that was no problem. Our room was clean and the bed was very very nice. A special thank to the women who helped us contact the police after someone hit our car in the night.

Still was some trash left in the room, and the internet service was in and out. Bar of soap to wash hands with would be nice

This is my business, so I booked a room for a guy who's doing a job for us.. I put the booking under my name for tax purposes. I have never had a problem, but they wouldn't let him check in!! The room was completely paid for. I had to call, and the receptionist argued with me that he wouldn't do it. He finally did.I felt like that was a little extreme. Also, apparently, people do not need soap to wash their hands either because there wasn't any!! .

Breakfast service
The breakfast would have been better if it had been kept quiet supplied. When I asked the staff if they were going to resupply I was told that it was cooking and would be ready in about 10 minutes. The two women seemed put out by my even asking.

Water in upstairs bathroom was running for approximately 4 to 5 hours. Staff fixed it after being notified, but never checked back with us afterwards.

It needs painted and spruced up a little. It must have been in bad shape before. The outside looks trashy, old tennis shoe and garbage lying around the trees. Broken AC units on the outside. Can't see the sign from the highway.

I left something in my room and I have been trying to reach them, the phone number goes to a full mailbox where I cannot leave a message, very annoying!!

There were some small things that need to be fixed (smoke alarm missing from one of our rooms, missing case for the sprinkler head, tv didn’t work, shower all the sudden went scalding in both rooms).
We slept really well/beds and pillows were comfy, the pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was yummy and we loved that we were close to the interstate so we could hop right back on the next day. I paid Booking.com for the rooms and the hotel couldn’t run their card for some reason, but the hotel front desk said they would handle it with Booking and got us checked in! Great staff!!!

The pool was ice cold. There were many families staying there and the kids couldn’t get in the pool. Also the pool area air temp was very cold.
Breakfast was good. The area was cramped, so many guests ate in the lobby.

The property and parking lot were very dark when we arrived, making it difficult to find and difficult to navigate the parking lot. Later, when I mentioned it to the desk clerk, she said that she forgot to turn them on.
The waffles, sausage and eggs were a good breakfast. The roll in shower is a welcome accommodation.

The jets in the hot tub were not working. The beds and pillows were average, uncomfortable by my standards.
Close to freeway, restaurant in parking lot is excellent. Indoor pool and hot tub.

Did not have breakfast. Location was great. Just off highway. Hallway and reception area carpets appeared dirty. Our room and hotel in definite need of Renno. Very tired looking room, hallways, walls, plumbing. Spicey curry smell in hallways. Would not stay here again.
