The light over the sink didn't work. I had a hard time seeing because there were no overhead lights. All lamps. Found someone else's hair in the tub. Toilet clogged and I plunged it myself.

I like how easy it is to get to from I 40. The price is okay. This was my 3rd time to stay there. Will be staying again. Except for the hair on the shower wall, the room was clean.

The mattress was horrible, with lumps at regular intervals. The pillows continued the lumpy theme. The tv worked the first night but upon returning for the second night got only a black screen. The toilet seat was secured on only one side causing a bit of a shock when fist seated and the grout in the bathroom could use a good cleaning. Skipped the breakfast as it had only powdered egg patties and no meat. Cereal proved a poor option with no milk. Didn't have the normal yogurt and fruit as is usually offered in other properties.

There was not much to like about the property except the location, I was only 10 minutes from my destination. Wifi was strong and as is typical, open. Heating system worked well, taking only a few minutes to warm the room. Water pressure was very good with no changes in temperature during showers and the carpet appeared recently replaced.

Breakfast and communication between night staff and morning staff.

The staff did not communicate the breakfast time correctly and then they were late past the morning staff schedule. After they were prepared we felt it was the most disappointing part of the stay. Not sure if we would stay here again or not. The location was its best feature to fit our tight time frame.

Property basically hung out at door from a couple in our group and kept asking if they were done at 9am, then they came by twice in 5 minutes while we loaded our motorcycles to see if we were done in our room, It was 9:30! I finally had to tell him, when he sees our bikes gone, THEN we are done.

The prices in the area for hotels was a lot higher. So the value was there. Location was good.

The guy working the desk at around 10pm was rude. He told me to "hurry up" when it was time to sign for my credit card. He acted like we were interrupting something.

Asked for first floor due to mobility issues told those were for smokers and people with pets. Agreed to upstairs, gathered all our things, went up the stairs and the keys didn't work. Went down to have them replaced and was given a downstairs room so belonging had to be carried down again. Bath tub was very deep and a challenge to even try to get in. Hard dog food on the carpet in the vanity are.

Convenient to find. Beds comfortable,. Quite . Breakfast ok, but no staff around if you had a question.

We had no tissues in our room but everything else was very good. The breakfast was well stocked but there was not an assistant to help us with certain needs. Also the bathrooms were out of order.
