Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFloors were dirty (hair, cockroach), walls, doors, and ceilings are thin - could hear everything outside and above the room, smoke detector batteries went low at night causing detector to beep all night, pool was dirty, even though I had booked two double queen bed rooms six months in advance, hotel was overbooked and I had to settle for a single king size room for one of my two rooms.
Decent location, decent breakfast, nice saltwater aquariums in lobby.

United States4 things I did not like: #1 -The AC really didnt work all that well. Good enough, but if it was super hot I think we would have had to get another room,. #2 The remote didnt work 1/2 the time #3 the shower head wasnt locking so it was not sending out all the water. the plug wouldnt lock so you only got 1/2 the water pressure. #4 - the bathtub drain was slow so all the soapy water was still in the bottom of the tub when you were done....just typical hotel stuff....
Love the updated floors and the bed was great. Location was good and I think the price was good.

United StatesWe were ssigned a handicap room, which we did not need. Sink was outside the toilet/shower area. While shower had dispensers for shampoo and conditioner, the dispinser for bath soap was out of the shower room in the sink area in main room. Advertised hot breakfast. Waffle iron didn't work, jusice dispenser gave out water except for one spigot. No pastires - just white bread in display case. No napkins available. Three sugar covered cold cereals. No fruit.

United StatesA lot! The paint was done poorly with blobs of dried paint on floor and washboards. Too few outlets for electric devices. Cabinet drawers would not stay closed. Breakfast was very poor. We have spent our last night in Quality inn as there was no quality.

United StatesStaff was never at the front desk. I booked a king room that specifically stated had a hot tub. When I went back down stairs to see if I was placed in the wrong room by mistake, I was told they don’t even have hot tubs. That was a big reason why I chose to stay here. The walls are also very thin and we could hear people talking and their TV.
It was clean and right off the highway.

Not much of a variety of things, the eggs and potatoes was only hot food they served and it was cold and hard no milk for cereal, cereal was empty and when ask for anything had attitude from staff
