Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One of the workers was rude to me. Couldn't buy food or drinks until 4:00 p.m. at the bar when you're at the pool.
You have to pay for breakfast. They did not have free breakfast. The room was good. The location of it was great. The bar didn't open until 4 pm every day. I think the hotel could benefit for being open maybe let's say noon or one on because people are at the pool and they would buy food and drinks if the bar was open.

Homeless people loitering in front of our door and two doors away from us. Also, a lot of noise, people outside of our door laughing and talking loudly, and I couldn’t sleep and felt very unsafe.
The hotel was good. Very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the entire night, there were people and kids running back and forth, talking and laughing loudly. Also, homeless people were loitering around the breezeway in front of our door, and building. Our room was on an outside entrance.

Nothing was wrong with the property in my opinion. The only issue I had was through out the entire weekend we kept having house keeping knock on our door. The first time I guess she didn’t hear me and my boyfriend and she walked herself right in. We even had the do not enter sign on the door. That was very stressful.
Loved how nice the property is looking. It seems very updated and clean and well secured.

The ac could have cooled a bit colder
Very comfortable beds, excellent food, service and prices at the restaurant, great location. AC could have been cooler. The restaurant was like a total wonderful surprise

Outdated, One room the bed was broken, asked for another room, no issues. no complimentary breakfast. Floors bit dirty.
The hotel was reasonably priced. The location was a bit far from areas but worth the driving due to costs. I liked the room had a microwave, fridge, and a safe. The pool and hot tub were really nice

The staff went above and beyond in the middle of a hurricane. Through all the trials they faced they never let the guests down. Honestly for what they had to go through they did an amazing job taking care of their guests.

Front desk manager not helpful with extending the week. My wife was able to get help from Erika, but then demanded to go in-person to paid in advance for the extended stay and we're in the middle of a Hurricane Milton as we went 120 miles away for storage and safety. Erika will not take information over the phone. Poor customer service.
Bed mattress comfortable, phone message blinking constantly, clock not working and lamp receptacle not working correctly. Restaurant for breakfast was great and for dinner was acceptable.

I liked they have a restaurant on site for dinner but for the price of the rooms a continental type breakfast should be included

Just need to beef up the security as there was a fight at the pool and we were told it happens frequently by people just coming in and using the pool.
Its what I expected , I enjoyed my stay.

Charged me more for the room after we got there. After 5min.in the room walking barefoot they were black. The seemed they haven't been cleaned in a while. To many drug deals going on for the amount of kids staying there. A lot of people walking of the street to swim and bum cigarettes and money off the people staying there. Needs to be monitored more often. But I will stay there again.

The room itself was A little old, the walls needed painting along the floorboards.The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped.You could not walk across it in just socks or they would be black.
The location was perfect on 19.You could go north or south and have easy access to everything .
