Cleaning service was terrible. We stayed 8 nights and only one time the cleaning crew came. We asked them to come 30 minutes later since we were getting ready to go to a theme park for the day. They never came back to clean the room. Five days later I ran out of toilet paper and I asked the cleaning people to leave some when I saw them cleaning another room but they never did. I had to go back to the lobby and get a roll of toilet paper from the reception desk.

Breakfast was really good. The lobby had coffee for 24/7 which helped me not go elsewhere to get my coffee.

The door felt like a swift kick and it would open.

Pleasant check in. Decent size room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Easy to park. The best part was how close to the parks we were. So easy to drive to the Disney parks.

I was just worried that I booked two rooms for the family and those two rooms were not too close to each other. The other room was for me and my wife, and the other was for kids. We were not comfortable for kids to be too far. I asked the lady at the reception during the checking in but I don't think her mind was on me. I thought the rooms are inter-linked, but it looks like the hotel does not have inter-linked rooms.

I liked your breakfast. The hotel is on a good location It would be appreciated to also have pictures of how the rooms look like. It is deceiving on the picture advert. We need also need to see at the back that the front roof.

Decor felt a little dated in the room. One of the bulbs was out in a lamp, so I let the hotel know when we were checking out.

The mattress was very comfortable, so had a good nights sleep, the location is close to lots of different restaurants.

I didn't like the air conditioning at all. It was very old and made a lot of noise, so I couldn't sleep.

The breakfast area is way to small. Room is a little on the small side compared to the quilty inn we stayed in at Gatlinburg last year. need shade for the smoking area around back that area is in the sun all day had to walk around to the pool smoking area the get out of the sun. Vending machine prices are a joke 3.00 for a reg size candy bar.

Clean room, no bugs. Lots of hot water. Nice area to take a walk felt really safe in the area. Disney traffic is horrible but there is a back road behind hotel that can lead you to the Disney area without all the traffic headaches.

Don't expect any exceptional accommodation. The rooms, although simple, are spacious. A simple breakfast without much variety.
