There’s no elevator to the second floor, which can be an issue if you have heavy luggage. The included breakfast was very limited—no fresh eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, or sausages, which I would have preferred. The biggest disappointment was the sofa bed. It was uncomfortable, made noise, and wasn’t level, which caused back pain. We traveled with our adult nephew and booked this hotel specifically for the extra bed, so that was a letdown.
The price was reasonable compared to other hotels. While it wasn’t super clean, there was no bad odor—it felt clean and fresh overall. I especially loved the small kitchen, which included plates, a microwave, sink, dish soap, and even a dishwasher. If you plan to eat in during your stay, the kitchen setup makes it very convenient and comfortable.

From the photos, you can’t really tell that it’s basically in a strip mall surrounded by other businesses on a busy road. That was unexpected.

You will need to drive about 25-30 minutes to get to Acadia National Park entrance.
The property is clean, has breakfast, a small kitchen inside the room, and a grocery store is next to it. Very convenient! Good value of price.

Convenient location to visit MDI and Schoodic Peninsula. The staff were very responsive. When I reported issue with the room they gave me first, they upgraded me to another room quickly.

Access to parking lot from High Street could be improved with some paint to highlight curbs. Thankfully I was staying on ground floor because you must carry everything over stairs to second floor. Could use more handicapped parking spaces.
Coffee and fitness room were available around the clock. Sufficient choices of breakfast foods for a great start to your day. Room was comfortable and had a nice refrigerator as well as a dishwasher. Cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. All staff members were pleasant and helpful.

The wifi was poor. Also staff should check the alarm clock so it doesn't ring at midnight.

Although rooms are newly renovated with good looking and thoughtful hardware, plumbing seems subpar. Based on average prices in the area, I'm still liking the value it provided.
An affordable option as a base to visit Acadia NP. One way travel into the NP entrance is about 30 min without traffic. Staff at the front desk are awesome and helpful.

Pool needs to be emptied and scrubbed. The tile along the sides had alot of scum green/blackish scum.
The rooms were updated and Beautiful. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The weekend we visited the pool had just opened up. The pool was nice but needs a good scrubbing. The tile along the inside of the pool has alot of buildup.

There was a refrigerated tractor trailer parked outside our room. It started up every hour and ran for about 15 minutes. It was loud and woke us up every time it started. We complained at the desk when we checked out and were told they would see what they could do for us. It was VERY disappointing that we couldn't get a decent night's sleep.

The Hotel was under renovation so some construction going on. The hot breakfast could have been better. There was a smell or odor in the hallways.The fitness room was outdated.
The location was ok, close to stores and restaurants.A short drive to Acadia National Park. The staff was friendly and there was fresh cookies by the front desk.
