Requested ground floor didn't save, assigned us to a room that wasn't made up, stairs are dangerous and crumbling, room had previous occupants personal items in bathroom and tub had hairs, building outdated.

Toilet was clogged,no maintenance,left at 7:30am ,couldnt go to the bathroom,really discusted, in rm 409,they told me i was suppose to be in rm157

Didn't care for being billed for 7 nights even though i was only there for one night. Week later and I'm still down for 3 nights that I got billed for too much. Money has been taken from my debit card account but not refunded even tho the mistake is obviòus.

The area lacked cell phone coverage so we hoped that the WIFI was going to help but was terrible as well. The WIFI SSID was not found but when it did appear the connection was terrible. The on-demand TV did not work either. We contacted the front desk so they can trouble shoot the issue but no one ever showed up or followed up. The toilet had yellow rings so not sure if the rooms get proper service in between guests. Also the shower head was not properly adjusted or secured to the water pipe as it kept getting loose every time you move the shower head. We stayed in building “C” second floor, it did not have a lift so multiple trips were made to bring our stuff to the room.

The location was right off I-90 and didn’t seem so busy. The price was affordable for a two double-bed room.

staff checking out. the girl with the pink, red, and white hair. crabby, unfriendly to the point of wasting my time., high cost of hotel-and no continual breakfast.....or anything. wont come back because your to cheap to give a few food items out for breakfast. last impressions are what makes the customer opinions.

staff at night i checked in the 2 guys help were great. a liitle hard to understand (accent) didn't really explain to much. just go around and park here. that was it.

Stephanie was working the front desk. After issues with keycards and parking, I had an issue in the room. She happily walked to the room and helped correct those things. She was pleasant and kind. It had been a long day and I was very thankful for her kindness.

We did not stay there. When we arrived there were several people outside in the dark corners of the parking lot. It did not look safe and the facility was very run down on the outside. I tried to cancel the reservation through Clarion and booking.com but to no success

Didn't like that are toilet was broken for 2 of the 3 days and no one came to fix it and we had to put our hand inside the toilet tank to flush it absolutely disgusting and no one cleaned our room or brought fresh towels

Room was small no windows motorcycles were allowed to be ridden into and out of in the morning and at night.Strong exhaust fumes lingered all night into morning then ridden out for more fumes.No house keeping after 3days went to front desk for clean towels was told they were short staffed.Checked out 1 day early was told I needed to get with you about 1 day refund.

TVs in fitness room didn’t work. No towels in fitness room. Would have liked a pool. Tv volume was uncontrollable, increasing during commercials and at other unexpected times.

Liked the restaurant food and the 15% discount for hotel guests. Excellent room. Adequate lighting. Nice carpet. Staff was accommodating to keep our cooler bricks frozen for us. Nice fitness center. Price was good.
